This had been going on for so long I don't even remember when it started. This is the most annoying thing ever. Yeah I know, "jUsT gO iNTo cOLlEcTIoNs aNd ToGgLe HeLm"

Settings does not have have a "high texture setting" and If you mean texture in general. Mine is at medium. The only helmte related fix is in collections where you toggle hide helmet, however this is not at all a permanent fix0 -
Golden_Cat✭✭✭My workaround is having hide helmet option in one of quick slots. Whenever my characters drop their weapons, I get their helmets off, slap them a bit then put it back on.7 -

Sorry i ment "hide polymorph helmet". This works 100%. check it out yourself!4 -

As you can see, I have my bow drawn but it's invisible and instead the sword from my secondary bar is floating between my feet.
It happens when changing zones (or anything else with a loading screen) while having your secondary bar active. Not always but annoyingly often.
