what does someone have to do to report a bug in this game

and actually find out if its being Zenimax is aware of the issue? Make a post in the bug report section of the forums and be ignored for over a year? Done. Send in tickets and be ignored for over a year? Done.

Anyone else got some ideas? Or has anyone seen anything that would lead them to believe that zos is actually aware of this issue? Because I cant find anything except people reporting the issue and getting silence.

Anyway.... Undo is bugged. It sends you through walls. It eats the ultimate on cast more than 50% of the time. Sometimes it eats the ultimate multiple times in a row. Happened to me 3 times in a row the other night in IC. This has been happening to me since summerset. I and others have been posting about it for a long time now and get nothing but silence. All I want to know is if you all at zos are aware of it. @ZOS_GinaBruno commented on a post about it, asking if it was a different bug that the poster was referring to, and then she went silent. How many updates are you going to let go by before addressing this? Based on the past im guessing it will be a long time but someone should at least make it public that you guys are aware of it. FFS.

Awesome communication. Not sure how hard it is to post on one of those bug report threads and just say "we are aware of the issue and working on it". I went through pages of posts and didnt find one, but if its out there please post it here.

Heres a clip of getting put into a lamp post the other night.. This was actually great because it locked me out of the game for about 20-30 minutes saying that I kept hitting the message limit, or something, every time I would try to que out. I dont have one of the game eating the ult but if i go pvp for 20 minutes I could easily get a clip of it.

Dont waste your time, i have reported game-breaking bugs years ago, people still exploit them

Pretty certain there is not an MMORPG that exists that has fixed every bug. I have even seen game breaking bugs that cause a wipe remain in the game 5 years later and I am not talking about here.

I'm fairly sure this is how it works with other posts saying "we're aware of it and working on it":
-Hey, Steve, you know that "undo-bug" that's eating up the utlimate but does nothing and sometimes gets you stuck in various items?
    -Yeah?
-How's it going? Are you working on it? It's been a year, after all..
-Yeah.. we're aware of it.. got some other priorities atm though that needs to be ironed out first.
-Alright. Cool, cool.. ahm.. I'll let the guys know that you're aware of it and working on it.
-Mhm.. don't give them any time frame or further explanation though, just let em hanging, you never know what other stuff might pop up that could push this bug further down the priority list.

Now the community gets a reply saying that they're aware and working on it.

Unfortunately Undo is mostly used for pvp, and the pvp-scene is in a minority that doesn't generate a whole lot of "monies" = Steve HAS seen this bug, on some paper, somewhere, a year earlier. Now that paper is at the bottom of the pile of other (more crisp and with less coffee stains) papers with priorities such as "money making/breaking bugs". In reality Steve has no idea where the paper is and since new papers with a higher priority keeps coming in, there's no saying when he'll get around to find it again.

I'd really like to see each patch list all the bugs they fix -- this is assuming they do stealth fixes and not bother to tell us.
If they really don't bother fixing bugs, then taking time to write a bug report while you are an ESO+ subscriber is like paying ZOS to do useless busywork. Just go about playing the game you paid for.

Even a current count of open/closed bot reports would be nice.

I'd really like to see the list of known bugs. So when things go funny I could check if it is already reported and acknowledged bug or should I take time to create an useful report.

    No way, no how.
Sooner will Hell freeze over, than ZOS will ever acknowledge that their game is a worthless bugged POS.

And if there was an actual official bug tracker, they would be held accountable to actually FIX these bugs... can't have that now, can we?

    Trust me I get it. I just think its shameful to have people reporting a specific bug for over a YEAR and zos not at LEAST acknowledging they are aware of it. Especially since in one of those threads I linked @ZOS_GinaBruno commented;
If the bug you're referring to is the one where it won't actually move your character if you weapon swap, that fix is still in progress. If it's something else, please let us know?

In response to someone asking if the undo bug would ever be fixed. After people corrected her that it was a different bug she never responded. Its not about them fixing every single bug its more about communication and having a bug report function in game, and on the forums, that they seem to ignore for extremely long periods of time.

I trust you, I've seen you around long enough. And I wholeheartedly agree.
About a years ago we had a thread discussing the topic of improving the communication. It was being acknowledged that communication had been bad and would improve, but that it's also something that's not done within a week/month. But it's been a year, without a word on the topic ever since.
So even on the very topic of communication they are failing at communicating.
