Undo ultimate is unreliable in wrathstone

I've been using Temporal Guard (Undo morph) as my main defensive ult on my stamsorc for at least half a year. Today I come on to try the new changes on live and this happens:

I used the ultimate 5 times over the course of my first hour of playing and this bug happened to me 3 out of the 5 times. I had to unslot it because it effectively just makes me CC myself and was getting me killed.

citats✭✭✭It's 2 months later now and this bug is still killing this ability. I am certain that one of the changes made in Wrathstone is responsible for this bug appearing. I noticed it for the first time within my first hour of playing Wrathstone. Could ZOS confirm that they are working on a fix for this?
