Why haven't these pvp focused abilities been bug fixed ?

List of Things still currently not working as of 6/3/19 on PC and were not addressed in the new Expansion :
Undo Bug - does not move the caster back to the prior location nor does it give resources back - empty load essentially. was live in wrathstone and not addressed in the new patch.
Shield Bug - pressing a shield ability will not cast the shield onto your character , was live in wrathstone and not addressed in the new patch.
Streak Bug - when pressing streak, you will streak in place and be unable to move for a long duration, animations do not show on character. was fixed but re introduced this patch
Shade Bug - placing a shade and then pressing it again to teleport back to your shade does not work, lol. was live in wrathstone and not addressed in the new patch.
Necro Colossus Bash Spam - do i need to say anything? this is hitting for 7-10k bashes which are not on internal cooldowns (i.e, 7-10k per .1 seconds if done correctly) hotfix? any fix?
Stuck in Combat bug - been present for 4 years. lost cause.
I am sure there are many other bugs that I may not be mentioning, i guess I should include the gap closer bug since it was somehow , well, unfixed, in this new incremental patch. One thing in common everyone should know, these bugs all effect SPECIFICALLY PVP . Coincidence huh. Anyways, just thought I should post this in case someone at zenimax decides to maybe at least make a legit statement about why these things haven't been addressed? anyways... thanks !
