here are my succes:- I've cured many diseases including cancer.
- Solved the energy crisis.
- Solved the hunger problem in the world.

My big failure:- Couldn't solve ESO performance issues without rebuilding the game.
Also forgot to mention 24/7 nerf poster (templars excluding).Say no to Toxic Casuals!

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game." - @AlexanderDeLarge1 -

Without "service drones", most of the people in this thread would be unable to play the game. They would have no time, because they would have to service themselves.Edit: A lot of engineers in here!
Gaming is a "life" and many engineers and programmers have nothing else that meets that criteria.

It's common in American English to say that such people do "elder care", "home care", "home elder care" or something like that. However, the term "caregiver" usually refers to an unpaid family member.
Somebody who does that kind of thing with certain levels of medical certification might be called a "practical nurse".
