I am a bottom feeding service drone

Without "service drones", most of the people in this thread would be unable to play the game. :) They would have no time, because they would have to service themselves.

Edit: A lot of engineers in here!

Gaming is a "life" and many engineers and programmers have nothing else that meets that criteria. :)

Well I used to be an Ecologist for a a civil engineering firm, occassionally did a little hydrology analysis. But I got very sick and acquired me a permanent disability so cant manage full time or field work anymore

I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee, and now I work in international logistics, pretty loving all the crap you buy and use every day.
Sometimes I do logistics on my own and mostly move drugs and people.

As an RN in L&D, you are pretty much my bff.

    Mine too!*

*Notable exception: whenever the PCA or epidural turns my previously pleasant and oriented x3 post-op into a delirious and disoriented post-op who’s ripping out their IV/foley/JP drain/any other readily available tube during the wee hours of the morning, possibly while also trying to kick and/or bite me. :p A quick page to the anesthesiologist on call usually re-establishes the friendship, though.

RN..currently as a night time house supervisor in a hospital, historically(24 years) in everything from dialysis, hospice, flight nurse, hospital anything, etc. I'm tired now, though, and this is pretty easy, physically, and utilizes the amassed experience that I bring to the table.

Have done quite a few jobs in my life and planning on trying out more if i can. Completed work education in retail in a small videogame store that sold and bought videogames ( not Gamestop , we treated our customers fairly and mostly focused on rare and special stuff ). Moved to another country and worked on a Gas Station for a transitional solution - which u wont believe was really fun, lots of regular customers and very good tips to compensate the low hourly wage if u did your job good. I ended up staying there for a few years cause it was a fun job and the boss was a great human being.
After that i did security monitoring for a big money and value transporting company , got promoted and trained as an ATM software and tech engineer and ended up being the supervisor for that part of the company for some time.
Switched back to retail afterwards and was head of department in a big multimedia market, selling videogames and consoles mostly again.
Stopped working there when i went into daddy time at home so my girlfriend could finish her studys with no stress after she was pregnant. During daddy time i started to work a few hours in a close cinema every week and enjoyed it so i switched to full time when daddy time was over cause i was to lazy to look for something new and i still enjoyed it. Have been there since then - until end of this month where i switch back to retail but with a twist this time.
Will work in the mall of a cruiseship in a shop. Guess it will be fun to see lots of parts of the world where i havent been before and meet lots of new people from all over - but i guess ill switch to something else or something new again after a few years cause i always do that <3

... wow this ended up like a resume - i am sorry :D

What does this thread have to do with ESO? If the answer is nothing it should be locked so as to not encourage off-topic subjects.

It has to do with how much disposable income we have to spend on crowns eso plus and keep the lights on for butthurts like you who probably boycott anything less than free for your one time game purchase 1-5 years ago...

It’s definitely not for everyone, that’s for sure. :D I’m hoping to be able to transition into an office job eventually... I know way too many nurses who have been physically and/or mentally injured on the job to want to end up being one of those statistics. I swear, if I didn’t have video games and the gym to unwind with after work, I’d be an utter basket case.
