What do you guys listen to while you play the game?

I listen to the in game music and audio.

I usually just listen to the game. If I'm doing something I've done 100 times before like grinding dailies I might turn the game music off and put on something else.

I’d have voted for music and game sound but most of the time I don’t even hear the game sound.
Only exception to my music rule is a first playthrough of new content, I like to hear the storyline at least once before bringing music back in.

If I'm listening to quest text and following story, I go with in-game music.

If I'm doing generic, non-story related things, I either listen to podcasts or whatever music I'm feeling at the moment.

When PVPing I listen to in game music as it can alert you to goings on that you can't see. When grinding or doing things that don't require much concentration I might listen to a podcast, or some music that pumps me up.

Totally depends on what I'm doing. Sometimes I'll have a streamer on in the background while I am running around doing whatever. If I am in Cyro and not on discord I'm typically listening to a specific aggro playlist consisting of a lot of angry rock music lol (Slipknot/Mushroomhead/Warlock Pinchers/etc). Other playlists I cycle through while playing ESO, depending on my moods include things like:

Pink Floyd when crafting. Old school Black Dahlia while doing dungeons and pvp. One day I'm sure I will have a heart attack or stroke but I'll be deaf long before that happens. That in combination with the booze is not good I'm sure.

I listen to the dialogue if i haven't done the quest before but when levelling alts i listen to 10 hours of rain and thunder on youtube. I find it very relaxing.
