Why do I get billed for ESO+ via credit card although I bought Steam Wallet currency?

"Recurring subscriptions are regularly billed to your credit card on file. You will be charged the amount shown each billing cycle."

✭✭You need to go to settings of your steam account and remove any credit card info from it.
Then cancel your current subscription, and select your preferred subscription plan again. It will now offer to charge money from your Steam wallet
