Indeed we did, we voiced a lot of feedback several months ago and continuously do so even if we do not always agree with what is said. But some people apparently know better, which makes me baffled how ungrateful some people can be.

And who said, that the reps did not notice that already? I mean they are reps, so you can expect, that exactly that feedback was brought to them already like 100 times.
