30 Slot Challenge: show off your Inns!

I know it's tough to only have 30 slots to decorate but necessity is the Mother of invention, right?

Every time I take on decorating an Inn my brain goes into overdrive on how to use the constraints in the best way.

EHT is a fantastic resource and can make 30 slots 3 million slots but that's not what I am looking for here... I want to see how decorators/engineers made use of the limitations.

The reason this topic came to mind is because I just finished a Saint Delyn's Spa:

Lovely idea ! I only furnished one, the Flaming Nux Deluxe Garret, and treated it as a "normal" house.


My bad. I deleted the pictures because when I went to check it really really was NOT a 30 slot limit so it was pretty much cheating.

Seeing this thread finally made me decorate my Saint Delyn Penthouse. I like this Inn room, however, I find it uncomfortably dark. This was my first, and undoubtedly clumsy, attempt with the Essential Housing Tools special effects, in this case adding global lighting. I added the home to Open Houses as "S'Rasin's Penthouse" and I published the special effect to the community.

The Inn room is the humble abode of my main character, Cathay Khajiit S'Rasin, a battle scarred Fighters Guild veteran. He and his cousin Ash Ra'shan have recently started exploring ancient ruins, in an attempt to find enough loot to buy back the property of their family, decimated by the Knahaten flu.

I hope you like it.

Nope, it's 50/100 (with ESO +). It's considered an apartment, as opposed to an Inn. I was surprised too, which is why I gleefully started posting it, but then I realized I had quite a bit of furniture in it. x) Way more than a 30 slot challenge

@Watchdog - I never would have thought that Khajiiti furniture would look so good in a Hlaalu suite. Goes to show how flexible all the styles are.

Not a lot you can normally do with 30 slots, so I just try to make them pleasant places to zone in and out of.

No, it's an apartment, so it has 100 slots.

For some reason, you jump from the (totally inadequate) 30 slot inn rooms, to the (very generous) 100 slot apartments.

Would be far better if the larger inn rooms were 50, even if that meant the apartments could only be 80, to compensate.

I took on Mara's Kiss. I have had this inn room forever, but it was always just too small to even bother with. Absolutely no floor real estate with the silly angled windows and strange shape of the room.
I finally decided I was going to see what could be done with it.

Sadly, no. You can only really view that area by activating Ezabi, the Banker. The camera angle will change to interact with her, and then you can view her little niche. That's not to say I couldn't angle the ramp to do so, but I was trying to capitalize on the vertical space. The idea came to me when I realized that there are no beds short enough to place on the side walls. (Unless you use a fur, or bamboo mat.)
