Erstwhile Sanctuary is not available during Dark Brotherhood Celebration Event?

Did I miss the re-listing of The Erstwhile Sanctuary in 2019?

I'm confused here. Was this player housing available in May for the May 31, 2016 to May 31, 2019 anniversary of the DB-DLC?

Or is, or will it, be available here soon for the "Celebration Event" going on right now?

When can I plan on purchasing The Erstwhile Sanctuary next? May 31, 2020?

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas or know when it was last available and may be available again in the future?

I think it was available somewhere in March as I purchased it then and finished furnishing mid April. I know it does not make much sense, but here we are ...

Was available in March during the first dark brotherhood and thieves guild event of the year, same with dawnlight palace if anyone looking to get that anytime soon... probably won’t see it again until Black Friday or something

Thanks. Oh well. I guess I will keep watching for it. I am surprised by March/April as the original release was May 31, 2016. And now another "anniversary" event in... July? Well. I will keep watching for it again later this year or next. Bummer.

There was supposed to be a pvp Midyear event around now, but zos can't keep their game together and needed to substitute another event. The other 2 major events coming this year are tied to holidays, we've already had the anniversary event, and I think the Orsinium event is in a month or so. That kinda narrows down their options without creating a whole new event. I feel like they could have possibly done CWC instead since that even should still be months away. So here we are with the TG/DB again.

Honestly, Erstwhile sanctuary is the most buggy house I've seen. There are so many waterfall and animation effects going on that half the time I load into mine or someone else's version of the place many textures are missing. Textures missing on the walls, the cave floor, the placed furniture....even the stained glass window rarely illuminates the floor like it should. Maybe I need an xbox 1x or something. Anyone else have this problem in Erstwhile Sanctuary?
