Undaunted Mantle Rank 2 not working for health after 2%

I am mainly a PvP player and begrudgingly do PvE dailies just to get the undaunted mantle rank II passive. After update 22 I have seen something that I believe is not functioning correctly. Talking in chat to others I do not believe I am alone. I have gone through all the patch notes and I do not believe this is behaving as designed.


“Undaunted Mettle Rank II - Undaunted Rank 9”

“Increases your Max Health, Stamina and Magicka by 2% per type of Armor (Heavy, Medium, Light) that you have equipped.”

7 Heavy (this works)
2% Stamina total increase
2% Magicka total increase
2% Health total increase

5 Heavy 2 Medium (broken)
4% Stamina total increase
4% Magicka total increase
2% Health total increase  (value not increasing beyond 2%)

5 Heavy 1 Medium 1 Light (broken)
6% Stamina total increase
6% Magicka total increase
2% Health total increase  (value not increasing beyond 2%)


Does anybody have any information on this?

    Heavy armor also has in it's passive increase hp by 2% for every piece, so you might be missing some math

    Actually I have also tested this in many of my builds and it is still broke.

    Good ol zos still breaking unrelated skills with every dlc

    Yeeeeep can confirm this is happening to me also. Lost stats on my healer because of this its been bugging the crap out of me.

    Necromancer funnily enough is also having resource/recovery issues as well seemingly all over the place. One of my friends has 600 regen with undaunted command, I have 905. Hes using a drink buff, I am using dual food. I have a bonus from shackle breaker of 124 stam recovery but thats the only extra source of stam recovery I have with no bonus from racial or any other place he even has 100 in mooncalf and I have 75. So I cannot understand where any of that bonus for me is coming from (I repeat no external boosts to recovery apart from shackle breaker).

    I feel like they completely broke sustain across the board. Funny thing with necro is its seemingly off and on some people have it others dont. On top of that we have the undaunted bug...and the heavy attack bug which seems to only effect melee weapons and sometimes bows....sheesh.

    I am not receiving extra resources back from Undaunted Command either.

    I hope this thread was also created in the Bugs category. Haven't experienced it (well, basically haven't checked to see) but this sounds like an issue, isolated or not.

    I don't see this problem. My health increases from 7L (14442) to 6L1M (14679) to 6L1H (14915) to 5L1H1M (15152).

    Are you sure that other factors are being held constant? Set bonuses? Gear enchantments? What are the actual health values that you see with each combination? All I see are percentage values which you had calculated... how?

    If this issue really existed, I would've expected far more players to have noticed by now.

    It seems to only affect some people. My health doesn't go up after the first 2% as well.

    I am also having problems with food, dubious is giving about 300 less health and around 100 less recovery than it states on the food.

    I noticed this too, figured it must be me not noticing something in calculation but it looks like you did your testing. Hope it gets fixed.
