Where Should The Next Elder Scrolls Chapter DLC Be Located? (After Elsweyr)

Again, the Skyrim Chapter isn't likely to happen until at least 2021 in order to align with the 10-year anniversary of TES V: Skyrim, which released in 2011. Just like the Morrowind Chapter in 2017 aligned with the 15-year anniversary of TES III: Morrowind, which released in 2002.

For the 2020 Chapter, though, another Daedric realm is likely, eventually, such as
rescuing Darien, at some point, from Meridia's Colored Rooms realm.
Or, perhaps Western Cyrodiil, north-east of The Gold Coast. Skingrad would be that Chapter/DLC's equivalent to Rimmen in Northern Elswyer. We are all just itching to travel to the other side of Varen's Wall Gatehouse, along the road just south of Kvatch. Skingrad reside just to the west of Castle Brindle in Cyrodiil but to the east of Kvatch in The Gold Coast. An Imperial-themed Chapter would be a very much welcomed addition, because almost everything Imperial-related is either in PvP or PvPvE and/or in ruins, in general, aside from the now-thriving city of Kvatch, but we all know what happens to Kvatch in a few hundred years...

    2020: Cyrodiil
2021: Skyrim (10 year anniversary, this is 100% guaranteed)

We know TES VI is taking place in Hammerfell. It's just not clear when that's coming out and whether or not Bethesda will want to use an ESO Hammerfell chapter as marketing for TES VI or whether they would consider it to be competition.

I love a lot of the choices but honestly I want more of Cyrodiil, non pvp Oblivion style. Skingrad would be my first choice.

    Skyrim, is for the Nords!
I selected Skyrim, because that's a large area that a lot of people are already familiar with from the last game... which could immediately drum up interest. Also, I have a couple of Nord characters, and gravitate to that style of living myself (being Canadian).

However, I would also love to see Eastern Morrowind and the seat of Telvanni power. It's an area we've never been before, to my knowledge, so there's a lot of potential for new material. However, I think I'd want to see some new factions for us to join, specifically the Great Houses. They would need to be retroactively added to other areas of Morrowind, and could easily be added in the same manner as "guilds."

House Telvanni - Slaves and magic.
House Dres - Slaves and trade.
House Indoril - Warriors and leaders.
House Redoran - Warriors and guardians.
House Hlaalu - Trade and spies.
(House Dagoth) - Flesh magic and ash.

I think they shouldn't box themselves in too early and have something in longer-term development and present a really polished region with excellent story later. Maybe even have a larger physical region to explore instead of smaller ones wasting the zone.

Meanwhile they could take some of their newer concepts such as the long-term rebuilding of the Dragonguard HQ in the upcoming DLC, and apply it to the older regions, to refresh those areas.
Like rebuilding ruined areas that have already been pacified/secured through quest progression and eventually give them a nicer reconstructed look. Unlock new dailies and collectibles in those regions. Missions involving crafting furnishings.

Or, they could work on small, interesting pocket planes of oblivion instead of more DLC dungeons no one wants to play. One year of daedric exploration to really learn about the House of Troubles or other daedric lords would be interesting while they flesh out and detail a really good overland zone for the following year.
I love a lot of the choices but honestly I want more of Cyrodiil, non pvp Oblivion style. Skingrad would be my first choice.

This would be great too. Build on what they have into a PvE zone and add more detail so it isn't empty land as far as the eye can see.
A combination of resource defense for groups (i.e., like dolmens, but while the resource is held by baddies there are consequences for the keeps nearby), and dailies to rebuild keeps, on top of missions to help all the towns.
An interesting questline involving fight-all-alliances to put the people first might be interesting. Throw in some tension between the alliances and the neutral Guilds helping you out.

I do not have a preferred region, anything not sandy is OK for me. All I want to see is some vampire related story content.
    Vampires baby.

Well, it is going to be Greymoor Chapter. "Western Skyrim". And yes @Mitrenga, Vampires will be the major enemies this time. :-)
