    Skyrim, is for the Nords!
I feel it's going to be a choice between Hammerfell and Skyrim. If that is the case then I choose Skyrim. I really can't cope with too many dry and arid places.

    Yea I voted Skyrim.

@Kuramas9tails - Uldum was probably my favorite zone ever in WoW. (And btw, Mara's Spring Chicken is actually a rooster - so why does it lay eggs at all? Wattle, full tail....)

Akavir, a whole new world of possibilities... and snake men...
    Was very interesting read.

Sounds like quite a few people were picky with the terminology "skyrim" but still want something in that zone i labeled as skyrim.

Also was interesting to hear there was quite a few people interested in expanding cyrodiil either west or east.

Daedric planes sound like it could be fun, although after coldharbor... It seems kind of dreary and boring.
But maybe there are some less doomy and gloomy daedric planes out there.

After hearing some of the arguments, I think what was said by several is probably likely:
    Next year will be Hammerfell.
Followed by a Skyrim Chapter on the 10 year anniversary.

I hope to see Blackwood, the region of Cyrodiil located between Elsweyr and Black Marsh.

Imperial culture needs to be fleshed out better in ESO and I for one would enjoy playing in a zone where Imperials are not depicted as the bad guys.

It seems that quite a few people are interested in the idea of revisiting Skyrim but I have a feeling that we're not going to see that until 2021, to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Skyrim's release.

I'd like a pve Cyrodiil, but also what I'd really love would be Skyrim, but most of it would be massive dwemer ruins inhabited by the remaining uncorrupted falmer. It's not at all likely but I think it would be pretty epic.

I think it's reasonable for another small enclave of Snow Elves to be alive in the 2nd Era.

Either the Colovian Estates, or the Nibenay Basin could be potential candidates for the next chapter. I reckon they'll save a Western Skyrim chapter for 2021, 10th anniversary of Skyrim and all. And believe me when I say, we don't want the rest of Skyrim to be completed with one chapter. One of the sections of Hammerfell that isn't in game could also work, being careful to not finish the whole province because theres too much room left. Black Marsh and Morrowind have recently had a chapter and a DLC in those provinces, so I doubt we'll get any content there for a while. And Elsweyr isn't going to get anything new for a looong time.
From what little we know about The Elder Scrolls VI, it would probably take place in Hammerfell so I don't see an expansion for that in ESO for a while.

Akavir would be a great expansion, a visit to that continent is LONG OVERDUE...It'd also be a perfect opportunity for Beth/ZOS to introduce the first new playable race since Morrowind!

Ain't gonna happen. Todd Howard was recently asked if the Dwemer would come back, and he answered that what he liked about the Dwemer, and Akavir, was their mystery. Its ok if we never go to Akavir, if we never find out what happened to the Dwarves. Thats the beauty of a mystery

So the Dark Elves have weird alien architecture, where people live in mushroom towers and the shell of a giant crab, but the High Elves, the pinnacle of technology, the most magically advanced race in Tamriel, are still stuck in slightly pretty, fairly tall stone buildings? Not even a hint of a glass city? Are stainless glass windows really enough to claim that a city is made of glass?

I actually have a hunch that ES6 will have your character resurrect the Sword-Singer's art.

I mean, each game we've played a singularly special character (mantling Lorkhan each time). We've been Hortator, Dragonborn, etc. and I don't see why resurgent sword saint shouldn't be on that list.

Black Marsh. Cause you obviously dislike free slaves.

Right? Black Marsh is by far way better than Morrowind. Dunmer can get the Hell on...

I thought the Morrowind Chapter had boring scenery. Maybe because I'm biased toward Argonians...? Nope...Dunmer/Morrowind is just boring. The way they talk, walk, eat, their haircuts, and even the way they get knocked out annoys me. I'll take a new race since we haven't had one yet since Imperials, but damn, that was just after release. I'll hope for either Black Marsh or Skyrim. Hammerfell might be a good one as well...anything but Morrowind.

I would be excited to see the city of Taneth right above Hew's Bane in Hammerfell. I would really hope there would be more to the Thieves Guild there as well, maybe add more to the Thieves Guild skill line, ect.

Oooh, I’d love more of Morrowind and the Telvanni! Elves (especially Dunmer) and the Khajiit are my favorite! :)

I’m not so keen on human centric lands and stories, but especially not the Nords. Sorry, but I’ve never liked them and got plenty of them in Skyrim.

Black Marsh. Honestly I think Hammerfell doesn't have a chance next year. Two desert themed years? No way. I think the only real contender is Skyrim and there seems to be lots of hints towards it being next and we'll get the biggest hint in dragonguard. After that I would say Black Marsh is the next logical choice since its swampy and different to the desert. Then third could be a Cyrodil area.

It will either be east or west Cyrodiil. It will be easy to make as they can just go by Oblivion and save the hard work and extra effort for the Skyrim chapter in 2021 for the 10th year anniversary. This will probably be the game’s biggest promotion since launch, so they need to take advantage of that
