Getting singled out and killed in PvP is not harrassment, and someone killing you over and over is not cheating. Nothing is being done about your reports because the people you are reporting aren't cheating. You are delusional with the self-awareness of a broom.

Seriously; if you are reporting people just because they can easily beat you, you are just adding to the problem by burying any attempt on cracking down on real cheaters with investigating false reports. I have packed people up, and have been then packed up by someone else right after. It doesnt mean anyone is cheating.

But to be fair, the people deleting the vids are more than like the forum mods. They have nothing to do with the game or actions within. They are probably just trying to enforce forum rules.

A month or so ago. A stamplar who shall not be named exploits with being able to fall through the floor to escape dying. Happened in IC. I have video proof and he did it multiple times. Friend of his acknowledged he knowing was doing it. This is just an example. While too many people cry the "Cheat Engine/Hacker" card on players that are just exceptional at their toons, there are actual exploits still in the game like the one I just mentioned.

It is an exploit with WW. From what Ive gathered they are able to bug it out during the transformation via dying and be in human form while still having access to the WW Skills and Passives (The massive Heal is the WW Magicka Howl). The downside is they are stuck on one bar. They are thirty percent faster and often will use rapids and immovable brute. It is very Trolly but still an exploit.

I haven't seen that guy around lately so either he stopped playing or he got banned but if he hasn't been banned then that needs to be changed.

Last time I saw someone cheat they were using double mundus exploit.

We new this was cheating because Zos has fixed it once and anyone who . It was obvious they were not using TBS since their health was not high enough/ After showing a screen shot to our guild leader they were summarily kicked from the guild and reported. Not a bad healer but any decent guild does not want to be associated with cheaters.

3 months ago. The day I quit. Ganked the crap out of a dude on EP NA and then he messaged me and literally said your done. He then proceeded to literally run straight at me while I was way off to side and absolutely melt me while I was in stealth doing nothing like 5 times.

Then while not moving in stealth my stamina started to go down all the way to zero whenever he was near me.

That’s the day I quit.

I've had a few fights over the past few weeks where I've had no stam regen and while siphoner was on me, no drain poisons were. I confirmed checking debuffs in combat metrics after.

It's like being stuck in sprint but your skills are active.

Ah. So maybe a bug for that one. But not for the ability for him to run straight at me. I talking south of the area on the road in between chal and the gate. Would respawn and run straight don’t the hill and right at me when I was down by the water in stealth not moving.

Trust me I didn’t want to believe it but after seeing that video I now understand it’s the tip of the ice berg.

Just curious, if any ZOS employees play their own game anymore.. It would probably be a good idea for them to, if they currently don't. If nothing else, just to see the overall state of pvp first hand. They encourage players to submit tickets if they suspect cheating or exploits, but it would be nice if we could just have fun and play without thinking of having to police the game.

I don't doubt that exploits or cheating still exist to some degree; but, I like to think most players are honest and try to play fairly... not try to ruin the game for other players.

It would however, be nice to know that ZOS was able to completely eradicate it and confirm it. Unfortunately, we've seen that cheating exists in other games and sports and most of the offenders get away with it to do it again.

It seems that if someone says cheating exists, they are laughed at and told they're making excuses for their lack of ability, but if someone says it's not happening, they're told they are delusional. So, either way, you can't win for losing.. there's no acceptable answer to the question. The players who have been "caught" in videos, or otherwise are probably not the only ones in the know.

I certainly admire those who have the intelligence to hack a system, I just wish they'd use their powers for good.

I've played pvp almost daily for the last year and have not seen anything I was certain was cheating. Occasionally I see something suspicious, eg a player that takes no or minimal damage while dealing out a huge amount of damage; ie builds that are super tanky but also you can't get near them without getting cut down.

But on the whole almost never.

You do have people, who may be paranoid IRL, who claim everyone is cheating. But there are simply some really experienced players. Just look at those Leif videos, he posts it all right there online. Show me the cheating? No, there is no cheating. My main character is a stam DK and I watched his stam DK video, he just plays it very well. He uses LOS and has great movement control. He is disciplined in his rotations and keeps his buffs up . He can tell what the opponents are trying to do and counters it (this is the part that takes years of practice-- instead of just eating a DboS, block or dodge etc). He uses rotations: Somehow with just Rev bash, heroic slash, noxious breath, venom claw, leap and executioner he takes people out; hehas amazing sustain. I think it is because nothing is wasted.

As I said, some people may actually be clinically paranoid in which case this or other video games must be torture.

It's not a black and white thing. Human society is dependent on rules and systems and there will probably always be cheaters as part of the human condition. But that doesn't mean we should just give up an accept it like ZOS has.

Of course it happens. Be especially suspicious of those who laugh it off, downplay it or who have been saying it's impossible for the past couple of years.

I don't know why anyone assumed ZOS solved memory hacking without telling us. ZOS handled Zazeergate by sweeping it under the rug. Is that what happens when a company solves a problem like this? Of course not.

The bottom line is that you just can't take any results in this game very seriously because you can never know. Thanks ZOS.
