Im sorry, but if that is true, if they really sacriface EU server for sake of PTS, they dont care even to acknowledge that there is a problem, then it is biggest BS i saw in quite some time. Especially that problems with PTS started only on monday, and we have problems with EU server for 10 days now.Thevampirenight wrote: »Well Zenimax I believe is U.S Based so they might have to send a team if they don;t already have one to go over there. We know they are having issues with the Pts they are working on so Eu players might have to wait till that is finished. I believe they might be having issues transferring over Eu characters. From whats been mentioned. So we will see what happens.
Live servers always should be priority.

Unfortunately today's PTS maintenance is taking longer than expected, and we've run into a few snags. Downtime will extend overnight while we continue troubleshooting, but we expect to open sometime tomorrow afternoon. In the meantime, we've published the PTS patch notes for the latest patch which you can read here.
Thanks for your understanding!

Not sure if you understood what i said. Problem with EU server (at least mist recently ones) are not since this monday, where zos was doing PTS maintenance. It is since LAST monday, when they did that cursed software update, or whatever.Thevampirenight wrote: »Im sorry, but if that is true, if they really sacriface EU server for sake of PTS, they dont care even to acknowledge that there is a problem, then it is biggest BS i saw in quite some time. The Elder Scrolls Online v4.3.2 has a number of bug fixes for the Wrathstone dungeons, and also includes various adjustments for some of the Racial passives based on your feedback. Note that we did run into an issue with the character copy database, and have copied all PC NA characters from last week while we work on resolving the issue; we're currently planning to copy PC EU characters next week. The size of this patch is approximately 159MB.
Now I'm not sure if that is Eu issue or Na I could have been wrong on that post I made but well this is a quote from the pts on the issues thats have caused a two day maintence.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Hi everyone,

I'm not sure what the issue is but I'm sure its having to do with their copy and paste to pts server thing. THey do have to get the dlc ready for live so I think that is what they are mainly focusing on right now. But they could be working on the eu server problems so who knows *Shrugs*

Since Monday's maintenance and software update, the PC/EU-server has suffered a massive quality loss in terms of handling ESO. The login-problems may be fixed, but ping frenzies in PVE dungeons as much as in PVP Cyrodiil, where skills are not accessible for several seconds at a time. This is NOT the normal lag we had before, its at leaste twice as severe - and happening in situations with almost no NPCs or other players around.
Are you aware of the problem?
Do you have any idea how to fix this?
How long will it take you to fix it and will you be able to reestablish at least the status we had before that massivly disruptive maintenance?
A quick and informative answer would be appreciated.

Actually tonight I had NO considerable lag, NO skills froze, NO bar swap was impossible AND - miracle of miracles - for almost everybody in our group (14 ppl) the game was running smoothly, too. We ran into some big enemy groups with other players around, but even there the lag was lower than normal, and the game remained responsive all the time. Plus the fights against enemy players seemed to run normally for them, too.
So, @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_BillE @ZOS_KaiSchober: if you did something to the server (like adding more hamsters and reattaching a loose cable, maybe?), keep doing it. I pray this is not a one-time miracle and tomorrow everything is terrible again.
Would like to hear whether anybody else experienced the same improvement.
May as well continue my low level FFXIV, this company can sod off now.

This pretty much sums up zenimax online studios. Gina admits they dont communicate enough, but yet again i am only seeing silence. Things arent this bad on xbox NA all the time, however in certain places it is this bad. Vivec, shor sometimes, any zone where a lot of players have gathered such as stormhaven..
We get nothing but silence from zos. No direct acknowledgement of a specific issue. But its actually surprising to see zos ignore this when so many people are posting. Zos has a serious communication issue like i have never seen before. Something like this should be met with an immediate response and regular updates. Of course ive been complaining for over 2 years about similar performance on xbox, and have gotten nothing so I guess its not too surprising.
