Sounds good on paper, but based on past experience, what the test players think about any changes has virtually nothing to do with what ZOS will roll out to live. Test server is basically a bug reporting vehicle, nothing more.3 -

Exactly what I hope to see.
When racial passive balancing was announced, one of the goals was to boost RP usefulness for various roles. I'm thinking dropping the static XP skill line bonuses in favor of something more flexible might be under consideration. Example: Nord Reveler might change to something boosting Frost magic affinity... if so, how does that affect Magden?
Pure speculation at this point, of course, and PTS rarely matches live, but... feedback is always welcome.

Of course, good patch notes would be always welcome, but it's difficult to not be afraid of all the possible nerfs which they can contain

✭✭✭✭✭Oh... I guess we should all start preparing our "constructive feedback" speech for the PTS... so they would not nerf everything that is left playable to the ground. Just like sorc players did last time when ZOS wanted to add cast time to shields.
Just remember to write it "seemingly" smart enough and ZOS should listen. Oh and don't get your anger overtake you as ZOS don't listen to feedback that directly criticize them.1 -

✭✭Only interesting to see what the content is and to then cushion yourself from disappointment. Next to nothing will change from PTS > Launch anyway, given how piecemeal their feedback and testing platform is.

✭It likely won't be the patch on Wednesday, but I suspect that it is prepping the PTS for the patch, then ESO Live on Friday when they announce the patch. I was thinking the update as the 14th as well but that might be MLK day. Federal holiday might make the patch a day or two later. But to have anything in the first quarter, the PTS patch will be before the end of the month.
I suspect that the teaser is for the next Chapter. DLC aren't that big compared to chapters. I wonder if they managed to get Alfred Molina back for Tharn's voice. Or a good match. The difference in Darien's voice was a bit jarring in Summerset.
Although it would be great to have something to mark the 5th anniversary of the game...1
