Whatever happened seemed to happen to me during the patcher downloading. It stopped while only 44mb remained and nothing on my Launcher is selectable (I assume it's been corrupted somehow). I've reopened it back up many times because it times out (the launcher) and disappears. My launcher is completely inoperable atm so I can't even get into the game.

NA PC, if it matters.

And why do we all have our characters parked in Vivec City? Because it's still the best place to do daily crafting writs with access to the stables, banker and wayshrine without having to ride/run forever or wait on loading through doors. I'm sure that's obvious to everyone here, but just wish the game designers would take note when designing new major cities.

Prior to Ctrl+Alt+Deleting-out from the infinite load screen around 930am EST (See my post at 941am in this thread), I had last logged-out from the Exorcised Coven Cottage on another character (I think sometime around 830am), same account same server, before logging-in a few seconds later at that same location with the character that ended-up getting stuck.

I think the meteor finally hit Vvardenfell. I can't even get away from loading my first toon there to check another. That was my favorite crafting/thieving place too.

So it's looks like Aldmeri Dominion is loggable and Ebonheart Pact, Daggerfall Covenant are not loggable.

When main tries to travel to Stonefalls get infinite load screen and had to force quit 4x

No, my DC character logs in from Wayrest just fine (seems he just cant travel out of Wayrest at the moment) so not sure if thats the problem. PC-NA no steam.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Disabling Essential Housing Tools addon allowed me to load into my homes.

If you logged out at home, and use EHT, disable it.

Vv is a no travel zone and so is stonefalls at this time more citys im not sure of i can not load any character parked in Vv nor port to Vv

PC-NA took 5 minutes to go from Character selection to where I logged out, which was the free room in EP.

Tried to leave the room, and now sitting on loading screen for 10 minutes.

Character in Vvardenfell won't load. Characters in Greenshade and Rivenspire could.Long load screens but that is always a problem for me and seems to get worse with each patch. Finally got in and queued with 3 friends for dungeon. Queue "worked" but we were all stuck on infinite dungeon loading screen.

Not using Steam.

Seems the problem is much worse than it was before it was "fixed". And on the weekend. Really need to reconsider the upcoming ESO+ renewal.

I also have one character in Summerset (Golden Gryphon Garret), a Level 4 throwaway I only made so I could get the free inn room in Alinor and never got around to deleting. THAT one loads because of course it does.
