Character names include: Cogito Argonian Sum, Stanknord, Dork of Darkness

I believe I logged out of Vivec City Vardenfell or possibly Cliffshade.

I'm seeing a trend with where a lot of players have parked their characters. And also the fact that I'm trying to move a character to that same zone and I'm stuck in a load screen. Vvardenfell seems to be busted.

When I try to swap to Cybele Star in Vvardenfell, I get stuck in the load screen. I will start game again, and try to swap to a toon that is not in Vvardenfell.

EDIT: Just successfully swapped between 2 toons, both located in Rivenspire. Also successfully swapped between a toon in Rivenspire and one in the Clockwork City. Maybe just Vvardenfell toons are a problem?

Character that can login is in Auridon, the rest unloggable are in Stonefalls.

PC/NA, not Steam

Loaded one character, paid for some mount training, kicked back to log-in for bad connection. (Alinor)
Relogged, loaded second character, mount training, logged out just fine. (Also Alinor)
Loaded character three; stuck in loading screen, kicked for inactivity. (Vivec City)
Relogged, attempted character four, stuck in loading screen, kicked for inactivity (Vivec City)

Additionally, ALL loading screens, requesting character load and then waiting for character selection screen to come back when logging out, are very long.

Seeing as the rest of my characters are in Vivec, I'm guessing I'm not getting in any time soon and I should count this as bust rather than stare at loading screen.

I cannot log into my characters in Vivec City (which is like all but one), though was able to log into a character at Cyrodilic Jungle House.

EDIT TO ADD: PC / NA - Not on Steam - also able to load a character in Stormhold, rest are in Vivec City and time out trying to load character.

PC NA - using launcher. No Steam.
I am having the same issue.
If my toon is in one of my houses, it loads to the house, but when I try to move out of the house, the loading screen is endless.
If my toon isn't in a house, will not load from character screen.

Hmmm. All mine but the first two (that loaded fine) are logged in Vivec City.

PC NA, non-Steam installation. Trying to log into a character in the Vivec Outlaw's Refuge and I'm stuck on "Requesting Character Load" for so long that I'm getting kicked to the login screen for inactivity.

I'm getting kicked for inactivity while trying to log in.

Read that again, ZOS. It's taking so friggin' long to log in, I'm getting kicked for inactivity before I see a loading screen.

I would be surprised but at this point, I don't think anything surprises me anymore. ZOS, please save your maintenances for Mondays, so you can absolutely burn down the game while people are at work, not during weekend prime time.

Affected characters so far: Niamh Rhoswen (Vivec Outlaws Refuge), Ahkaravi (Alinor, Summerset), Angel Deveraux (Mournhold, Deshaan), Kelaino Telvanni (Vivec City, Vvardenfell).

Have tested 4 out of 10 characters so far. Two that were logged out in Vvardenfell couldn't log in and I had to close ESO to try another character, one that was in my Psyjic Grand Hall logged in fine, and one in Summerset got me booted from the server after the load screen for Summerset appeared.

Been logging out of the dungeon I completed for the event box. Mostly been fungal grotto one. I was able to run two toons through without issue. Can’t log in to do a third one.

Well on the login screen it says most of my toons are at my place in Mournoth Keep. While two are in Glenumbra, one in Daggerfall and one in Aldcroft
