Dungeon Finder not working!!!

Well, at least cancelling my ESO+ worked like a charm. I am perfectly willing to support a working product, but since ZOS seems to be actively trying NOT to provide one, my money goes elsewhere.

Same here. I should be working right now, night shift, but they gave me few hours before my shift. But don't worry, finder will be fixed in one hour because I must go to work soon. Trust me, usually the universe works against me.

did almost get insta groups before this event startet. As Tank. now been in que for 50 min.

Dungeon Finder has not worked since release. Why on Earth ZOS thought basing an entire event off the thing was a good idea is unfathomable.

If it makes you feel any better, Cyrodiil is pretty much unplayable as well despite the somewhat reduced number of players due to the undaunted event.

At this point it's just insulting. Good reminder to cancel my sub.

When Morrowind was released it became apparent how broken group finder is with BGs. The system just can't handle a large amount of people queuing, thats why also during primetime especially on weekends we still regularly run into this problem.

Now we are being told it's being "investigated". You know about this issue for over two years and all you did was attempt bandaid fixes. I know this isn't on you Gina and you just have to give a non committal answer, but seriously is there any

PC/EU is broken as all hell both trying as a full group and Solo but also ran alts in PC/NA and had no issues at all there.

I always run with mates anyway and rarely use the finder - let the boxes just drop from the end boss. Please.

Dungeon finder is very broken. It's been broken in one way or another for a good long time. Why then tie an event to it?

$100 says the moment they implement this the end boss never spawns in.

There was that bug a while ago when Molag Kena was not dropping her monster mask (or any other end boss loot).
Now we know they were just practicing.

After two years, I think the scary conclusion here is that they just don't know how to fix it.

Some players may experience an issue when using the Looking for Group function in which they never succeed in finding a group. This can occur when players either do not have a role selected when they begin the search or they start a search with one role but then attempt to change to another before the search ends. Players can bypass this issue by selecting their desired role before they begin a Looking for Group search and not switching to another role before the search completes.
If you're not able to form any group using the tool, can you please provide the following information so it can be submitted to the developers for the investigation.
What role(s) you picked
What activity you chose, and in which location if applicable
Your class and level
Were you queued for PvP at the same time
This is currently a known issue that our team continues to work on. We appreciate your patience while we work on this. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to let us know and we would be more than happy to help out with those as well.

How to solve:

1 Step:
Extend Event for 5 days as an apologize to the fanbase.
2 Step:
Change the Event so that the last boss from a dungeon (normal or vet) drops this Box.
3 Step:
Send the 130 mounts Box to @Gnozo (PC EU)

There's an easy solution to this problem.

Give the box the same treatment as the mount Tokens.
You can only get the tokens once per day per account.
And you don't even have to use the dungeon finder.

Since they can do it with one item, they could do it with another (the box).

@ZOS_GinaBruno There is no pop at all. Grouped or not. It isn't working anymore. Please have the team fix it for us. last try for me 71 minutes in queue and still counting. I forgot to say it's PC EU server. so I edited this .

just link the reward box and tickets to the daily pledges.... anyone can just form a group and walk in, those who want to try their luck at the df can still
