    Haven’t logged on in a few days, has their been any updates/resolution for this issue? I just want my monster helms and gold sets back :(

    We already deployed a hotfix for this issue, so no one else should run into the same problem.

    really glad this got fixed!

    Keeping my ESO plus on to show my appreciation for the quick fix here.
    That might change pending other factors but for now I will keep it.

    Glad to see this was resolved, hopefully console users won't have to experience this on launch.

    Now perhaps we could get an update on the bugs involving aiming with dizzying swing, snipe, dark flare, biting jabs, puncturing strikes, etc?

    Thanks, let's hope this is solved as soon as possible. In my case I cancelled ESO+ for (I think) first time in whole year because I started to have wrist paing on left wrist (had surgery years ago) so sometimes I couldn't play, others a bit, others more and decided to cancel it. I'm better now and honestly I've thought about getting ESO+ several times even with the risk of having more pain and not being able to play.

    But speaking of pain... playing the "Inventory Game" is a pain in the ass (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻

    I don't know how people can play month after month withouth crafting bag >.<

    Hmm... I'm not logged at game back now, but as far as I can see items don't go back to bank? Because well, as I mentioned above I cancelled ESO+ for a reason and I even now I need to clean my inventory every few minutes, so there is no way in Hell I can put those items on my chars, chests or bank T_T

    I did not receive the balance of lost items in my in-game email. I have not received any new in-game emails since the announced solution to this issue.

    I received only one reply to my initial ticket, and no further communication from ESO customer support despite a second email from me a day ago.

    I would in fact like to have all my items returned to me even though I now have no way of storing them anywhere.

    you forgott that you cant sent bound objects, the Items restored are all UNBOUND. All Items that were bound are still lost im still missing Maelstrom weapons and Asylum weapons and other bound gear. Pls look into that matter. Anybody else missing their bound items? I reloged all chars and updated inventory insight data.

    I knew the fix was too good to be true. Bound items are bound to be (see what I did there?) the most important ones, and ZOS better find a way to get them back to us, and quickly.

    Lost all the things from the bank, things from the characters, all the bags of the characters are also empty, currencies (game money, vouchers and so on) are also missing .. in the bank the currency also disappeared. Also, the characters were removed along with things and bags. The craft bag (giving for a subscription) is also completely empty.
    I wrote to the support service, I decided to duplicate here waiting for a decision .. and return

    Another update regarding this issue: We found an error that may have prevented some items from being returned and are planning to perform another round of mailings to restore more items.

    1. they did not even bother to give me enough gold to replace my lost bank slots, had to ask for more.
    2. Unless we could tell them what we actually had in inventory they would not replace it. Who keeps an inventory.

    I hope they actually do you right this time but history shows the word of Zos in these matters does not mean squat.

    Yea sounds like for that issue they ran into too many people impacted for them to look at each person quickly.

    Honestly, I would just itemize things you remember in your bank. They will probably replace based on that instead and only check to see if you were impacted or not by the bug in order to stop people from lying about losing items.

    I think I can know what I had in my bank roughly, give or take a margin of error of about 5%.

    With many players having well over 400 slots it would be a little absurd to require us to start keeping such an inventory as most are not going to remember that much inventory at the top of their heads.

    But I do agree that Zos decided it was to much trouble so they did not bother following through with checking what we lost themselves. Same thing can happen here. Such tasks take effort and Zos finds it much easier to place the burden on us.

    My comment is outdated; ZOS did fix everyone's items and are doing another mailing update while continuing to make updates for us.

    I'm still missing items and got zero mails - also.

    Also no new communication from CS. So I am still waiting for a prompt and cheerful resolution of my issue.
