Is this maintenance today going to do anything? Like the only way to get our items back it's with a rollback and that's too late imo

If there was even a slightest possibility of "red" slots being removed from the bank, it should have been stated with an exclamation mark in the ESO Plus rules. Since it's not - how could anyone ever suspect such a thing to happen?
Should I clear all my house decorations that exceed the limit due to ESO Plus as well? That's ridiculous.

Technically, each item must have its own line in the database, so they shouldn't be lost, they're just floating around somewhere "in between" with no location assigned. Unless those "loose items" were discarded during the server maintenance - but even then they should recorded be in the pre-patch backup. In short, our chance of getting our stuff back depends on the laziness of admins.

I'm asking since I submitted it in the "bug" section and got only automated reply which stated that they got information, will pass to devs it and won't contact me back....

Seeing that this seems more widespread I would like to remind people last time there was wide spread loss of bank inventory Zos promised much then basically did not do anything to replace lost inventory.
During the first months of this game many players lost all bank space they purchased and were reverted to the base 60 slots.
Zos promised to replace the lost inventory. They even stated they had means to see what we had, what we had lost.
After about a week of them working to figure out what happened, and a fix, they changed their mind to they would provide us gold to replace our lost bank space and to purchase from guild traders what we had lost.
1. they did not even bother to give me enough gold to replace my lost bank slots, had to ask for more.
2. Unless we could tell them what we actually had in inventory they would not replace it. Who keeps an inventory.
I hope they actually do you right this time but history shows the word of Zos in these matters does not mean squat.
This was the original thread.

This was the comment Zos could see what we had in our inventory and our inventory history.

This is where we were told we had to itemized what we lost to get it replaced. Again, who keeps inventory.

An inventory you say...
Will this count?
My bank inventory was razed as well from ca. 410 to 240. My ingame tickets, sent two days ago, regarding this issue are yet to be answered.
Altough i may have misunderstood the ticket system, first i sent a ticket via the bug/feedback option. After sending this a message showed up which stated that I don't have to expect an answer. But i want to know if my issue is acknowledged and therefore would natrually expect a reply. To obtain such, i used the ask for help function. Is this the normal way to communicate such problems, at least the possible category choices seemed quite off?
