Suggestion: more robust previewing of Crown & Crown Gem items

I want to be able to preview how a costume dyes before I spend money or gems on it.
Crown costumes are less of a problem because at least some of them are testable on the PTS. Why aren't crate items testable? I have 2 gem costumes I wish I could return — waste of gems.
Same for mounts: no way to know how the motion feels or what sounds they make (I avoid some mounts entirely, like the nightmare senche, because the sounds are horrible.)
