Indrik Mounts, how they evolve and can we have multiple?

Since the Indrik mounts will be evolvable in the future to different colors, do we need to have multiple sets of feathers if we want an evolved Indrik in each of the possible colors? How will this work? Can anyone confirm? @ZOS_GinaBruno

That's a good question. How the Indrik mount is earned and evolved is still quite vague to me. I know that there are several feathers to earn to summon it, and then there are the berries, which are used to evolve it. But, it's unclear to me if each berry evolves it individually, or if you'll need to earn several.

It's doubtful that we'll be able to have more than one Indrik, since presumably the original will be a collectible. But, maybe once it's evolved, we could earn a new base Indrik with new feathers earned again in future events.

The tooltip text on the berries suggests that we will be able to have more than one evolved Indrik

    UPRyBM4.jpg

This indicates that feeding the nascent Indrik 4 berries removes it from you collection. We can therefore acquire 4 more feathers and use them to create another Nascent Indrik.

I may be wrong, but I am expecting that we will get a new kind of evolved Indrik each year, the first one being the Dawnwood Indrik. The year after that we may be able to acquire a new set of 4 berries to evolve a nascent Indrik into a different evolved form.

Eventually we may be able to have the 4 evovled Indriks that have been data mined, as well as a fifth nascent indrik.

I hope you are. Everyone favors a different Indrik and I doubt anyone want to wait up to 4 years until they might get theirs.

That is exactly my concern, that we will be forced to grind all the previous forms to finally get the one we like. That'll take years and it would be a huge letdown. By then, dozens of fancier mounts will have been created and the indrik will no longer feel special, new, or unique in any way.

Currently I have more concerns about how to get the event tickets. While having multiple characters it seems not all activities granting a gold skull give the event ticket in return.
Am I wrong assuming that only the single character who picked an event quest and did a daily, gets a ticket with gold skull, and any other character not doing the event next day, but getting a gold skull from event activity, won't get a ticket?

Only the first Gold skull per day, per account, gets an event ticket. It doesn't matter whether they are doing an event quest or not.

Than I may have some bug because I've got a multiple gold skulls each day from many activities and many characters, but have only 6/12 tickets.

No you get a gold skull the first time you kill a boss of that type per day per account.
You get an event ticket for the first boss kill a day per account.
    They are two separate things.

The event ticket is not in the skull. It's a seperate loot item. Did you loot everything of the mobs you killed? Or only the skulls?

It might be that you distributed the event tickets over several characters. If i am correct you can bank them and then hold them on 1 character. Not if im wronk though

Respectfully, you are wrong. No matter which character you pick the ticket up on, it disappears into your account-wide "currency" tab, similar to master writ vouchers.

Thanks all for the explanation. Sadly it doesn't matter now, I just found someone posted a link to this article, there is an info that no matter how many tickets we earned, if we can't participate in Clockwork City event (actually no eso+, no DLC), we cannot have the Indrik.
Why didn't I read that before . I'm not sure if I want to subscribe just for the Indrik mount. Thanks anyway :).

I didn't read the article, but if it says you can't get an Indrik, then the article is wrong. If you don't have the DLC you won't be able to get event tickets, but you can still get tickets from the events you do have access to. It may take you longer to collect enough tickets to buy feathers, but you will be able to do it.

If that article says you need to have CWC to get the nascent Indrik then it is just plain wrong. You don't have to have CWC to get it.

You need 40 tickets to buy the 4 feathers for a nascent Indrik. There are 15 tickets available in the Witches Festival, 21 available in the Undaunted festival and 21 available during the New Life festival - that's a total of 57 tickets available without having CWC, far more than you actually need to get the nascent Indrik.

Even if you haven't earned enough tickets to buy the 4 feathers by the end of the New Life Festival you will still have the opportunity to earn more tickets in later events and buy the feathers then.

That is not exactly true.. It has been said before, that during the events you can earn extra tickets. 10 needed for feather and you can earn 2 others that you can use later. So with enough event tickets, you can skip one event like the Clockwork one and make it up and still be able to buy the other feather or berry on the next event.
Far too many characters to list any more.

That information is wrong. You can 100% earn enough event tickets to obtain the indrik without participating in CWC dailies.

No. Dawnwood berries will only evolve your Nascent Indrik into a Dawnwood Indrik. The other 3 colours of evolved Indrik will each have their own set of 4 berries which will be released in events later in the year.

Dawnwood in Q1, Luminous in Q1, Obsidian in Q3 and Pure Snow in Q4, I think. So if you want only one specific type of indrik, you might hold on your tickets, but I don't see much sense in it, as you can only have 12 tickets.

4 Dawnwood berries needed for 1 Dawnwood indrik, available only Q1.

4 luminous berries in Q2 needed for luminous indrik... Etc etc

Also if you want more than 1 indrik you'd better start buying extra feathers since you lose the nascent when you evolve it. If you don't want the Dawnwood you can relax in Q1

Should add caveat: it's not 4 same berries - it's one of EACH berry from EACH Q1 event. They have different names. This is also true for the Q2, Q3, and Q4 events. And yes. You will need 4 feathers for each quarter before you can start to gather the berries.

Lucky for me the only one I'm interested in is the Dawnwood one!
