I just golded out my neck. Since we're on our front bar longer than back and with the light attack spam I'm wondering how often it'll proc now. Waiting for those nice pts testers to post some results. Yokeda going to be better now by large margin? I'm a stam sorc.

Advancing Yokeda is fine... It procs stacks off all melee attacks and is not RNG based like Ravaging is.

Still though, anyone got a clue on how often it was proc'ing from relequin compared to proc'ing just from light attack spams? Otherwise we all just waiting on those lovely pts fellas =D

It was a difference between around 40 to 45% and 60 to 70% up time without/with relequen.

On most builds, in the presence of perfect LA weaving & no spammable, Relequen would net you probably a 40-45% increase on chances to proc Ravager. Add in spammables and certain other effects that have a DD melee component and it will drop a little further, probably somewhere in the 30% range.

Stamplar can still get a fairly reasonable uptime on Ravager, nothing earthshattering, but generally better than Hundings or Briar for Stamplar.

S&B Tankdeeps hybrid can get an absurd relative uptime with Maelstrom S&B. If I can HA/Low-slash/bash with impunity I usually see uptimes in the high 60's.

Relequen is still the best 5 piece set for Stamina DDs. I mean, it does more ST DPS than Endless Hail on some fights. Just because it won't proc Ravager or Selene doesn't mean that this set isn't BiS anymore.

Question isn't whether to replace Relequen, question is if Yokeda is far more better than Ravager for my stam sorc because of changes.

They were already pretty close with ravager coming on top because of 60+ % uptime (rng could get you 50-75%). Damage scaled a little better with stam sorc, easier to gold out and aquire, health bonus useful if using health/stam/stam regen buff food.

AY crit scaled a little better with a good group and warhorn uptime. Now, I think I'll be swapping out Ravager for AY. Shame to because we were about to get +15% vs 12% weapon dmg for even more bonuses to Ravager.

Selenes I care less about, I like storm fists style better.

Mm-m, I do, but before investing into AY, would be interesting to know how big a share in AY's performance Relequen have played, or AY stacks are routinely kept up by light weaves alone. The set's not active on back bar too, due to vMA bow.

Why would they nerf relequen, it's already unusable in many situations and stamina DD's look worse than magicka even tough they're melee. That is dumb.

Losing Ravager against AY is a big problem since you need to farm weapons.

It's better to not crutch on a single set. Before SS there was pretty good diversity of viable stam sets. Post-SS it's Relequen combined with one of maybe 4 sets. Even with this nerf it is OP, just gonna be a little less so.

try veiled heritance. Procs on all damage and is easy to get from Auridon.

Why would it? Ravager doesn't. The ~400 weapon damage is pretty much the same as the 10% crit you get from AY too. You can reproc VH while it is up too. So you could have 100% up time.

As someone else mentioned, server was wiped for EU characters. That combined with ravager not being in the template char, *** no I didn't go run all the way to vlastrus just to test a set that I know won't be useful anymore (on my chars, maybe on temp it's still good).
