I'm sorry but if your lag is that bad then you should consider not playing until you can get better situation to experience the full game.
I don't mean to come off as rude as I have been in similar situation, I had a poorly optimized computer and had to just stop playing until I had a better computer because it was severely dampening my experience. I couldn't really do any dungeons, or any PvP. The game didn't look that good.
I don't expect ZOS to cater to my specific situation as the fault really did lie on my end.
So I set aside money and invested in a good gaming computer.

There are other Offline games that you can play.

    ESO is an MMO

Yes, well.... I didn't ask ZOS to cater to me, I was simply pointing out that I have to miss a lot of the content.... and that there are others out there who have posted they have similar non-optimal connections so also have that issue.

I find it interesting that in both WoW and RIFT, even with worse lag than I have now, I was able to manage more of the content.

As someone else mentioned, Todd Howard did announce they are working on TES VI. Of course they are busy right now with their Fallout 76 experiment, so it will be a while before they announce a release date for that.

The whole purpose of ESO was for it to be an MMO. If you want single player TES, you will have to wait until BGS makes it, not ZOS.

Honestly, my feeling on the TES6 announcement was just to get people to stop asking. We kinda knew it was in development, but it's behind Starfield in development, that means it's, at best, four years out.
