This is probably one of the best under appreciated sets in the entire game for developing players. The 25% proc is practically a guarantee for fights lasting 3+ seconds and the health is practically unlimited since the set can proc against multiple enemies.

Those who are med and heavy can still benefit as Bahara's Curse also comes with rings and weapons.

I put them on my hybrid and Redguard. Health is no longer an issue, even when mobs get excessive. Great thing about this set is the procs stack, so as long as there are blue rings on the ground, health is not an issue.

Just a side derail for a moment: I put this on my 2H Redguard yesterday, who I'm leveling up. The difference is staggering. I hit a dolmen solo despite not having much in skill power and she just cleaned up. Health never dropped below 90%.

For those curious, this set can be found on Hew's Bane (Thieves Guild).

If you need assistance acquiring gear, let me know. I've been running the island for the past week because it's also a fantastic source for JC leveling.

Works well enough for me, do love having full stack of 20 from Siroria + BSW procced and using thunderous rage

PS.. also by putting silly skills from mages guild on my bar i can get my magicka to 69K .. thats pretty fun to see.

It depends on what you are going after, for my trials guilds I run the following:

5PC Mechanical (Flame Staff), Maelstrom Lightning Back Bar, 5 pc Siroria (Will switch out with Destruction Mastery Set for extra magicka depending on if Siroria wont be a good fit) and then I run Zaans to help with single target with optional Ilambris depending on situation.

Don't pressure yourself too much on sets, there really isn't that too big of a difference between the top 10 options you could use. The abilities you use and rotation are far more important. I love my pet sorc but for serious trial runs every guild I am prefer me non-pet sorc with frags, force shock, and atro. See below 41k parse that shows my setup.

Have to agree with Aces, that build might be called ‘easy’ but it’s far from shy at completing end game content. The damage, sustain and survivability are excellent.

Good to know, I'll take a simple build that's highly effective for us players who can't or won't learn a "proper" build any day.

@mmolegends44 46k with 5 mechanical acuity 2 illambris 3 moondancer jewelry asylum inferno front bar vma lightning back, but as someone above said rotation is far more important than gear.

For PvE, on my Pet Sorc I have (on both bars) 5/5 Julianos, 5/5 Necropotence and 2/2 Ilambris.

I an a non-pet sorc and I use Julianos and Netches Touch (I use lightning staves and attacks). And I am doing the pledges grind for Iliambris shoulders and hat.

My 13 yr old son got 45k on my mag sorc which was running Necro, MS, and LLambris. He is a bit of a savant tho. I am too old for high end PVE rotations but in my simple world it is a great set up. There might be better for static fights, but not a lot of sets will handle all situations as well and in general.

Frankly, I think for 99% of the people you will see a 5% difference in the sets mentioned in this thread because of trial variability and lack of the tightest rotations / group dynamics.

Necropotence and Mechanical Acuity, ilambris.

If you manage the proc right, the force pulse and destro ulti combination can be very juicy indeed. Keep trying other sets and always end up back with it.

I run either 5 acuity, 3 willpower (2 spell dmg 1 recovery) jewels arcane, and 1 imperfect asylum inferno infused flame/ 1 vma inferno infused weapon dmg along w/ slimecraw for vma. In most else 5 siroria, 5 mothers sorrow front barred w/ infused inferno flame enchant, w/ back bar infused vma inferno weapon dmg enchant, with zaan as the monster set. Either lover (vma) or apprentice (trials) and witchmothers brew for food.
