ZOS shouldn't ignore this;

+side
its the one addition to the game that costs the least development (if they ignore placing grass etc etc)
it will keep a chunk of players busy, active, online for weekS for just 1 house
it will give an impulse on the economy regarding designs, materials, furniture. that will stimulate others to do dailies, farm

- side
some players don't care about housing, well that's how it is

personal note: there are way way too many crown houses released compared to whats offered for gold.
compare the time spend to make a quest in the game for new content in a simple delve to creating empty chunks of land to have fun with

I love the Strident Spring and Serenity Fall but only wish if there were no house/structure in them.
Imagine, a hidden tunnel behind a fall or a wall of vine that lead to a small open space. No house or walls, just green grass ground, a small stream or pond under the sun, and let the players decide which trees or structure they want to put there (not really on the topic but pls give us a bosmer tree house furniture item also, like those in Gorinir Estate).
PS: the size should not be too big. I'd say the open ground about the size of Exorcised Coven Cottage is nice. This should be a medium or large house, not manor.

Oooh yes! God this would be nice. I'd adore a nice little patch of land with some ground, some grass, and maybe a river bordering it on two sides with the other two side open....

I would like to have a big terass above the sunny sea or landscape for example with flat stone floor with same 700 slots+ available. Without ruins of any type or premade structures. Big flat square, maybe with trees around.

I would like to have a estate in Oblivion is realm nothing but lava lake, rivers and ash falling from the sky like snow with tree slightly burning with that fiery glow. And also the portal with it to make it more welcome to be home.

was half kidding that it would take a designer 5 minutes, but how much effort can that be to make for ZOS? the amount of minutes spend by them is about the same as the number of days 1 player will spend to decorate it

Exactly! I was so hoping the Linchal would have this amazing view of the water. At this point, I’d even settle for a modest shack as long as it was on the beach. Gold Coast or Summerset.

You only have to look at what Currygaminginc has done with his Sunset Cottage in Hunters Glade (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/427514/sunset-cottage-a-custom-built-home#latest) to realise how much sheer inventiveness and creation (and not necessarily on a surreal scale) can be put into building a house from scratch.

@ZO$ please may we have many more plots of land of various types to make our dreams come true. As people have said, it would take very little output from you. The loss of revenue from selling prefabricated houses would be more than offset by the sales of building components as well as those for interior and garden decorating.

Of course we would need a lot more different styles, types and sizes of building structures in various materials such as stone/brick/wood/plaster etc. This would involve more work from your point of view, but how about creating that rather than the never-ending slight variations on a theme, some of which are nearly impossible to tell apart?

What would be nice is if it was a clean slate surface with an underground complex. Topal's with a pirates cove, entrance just a trapdoor. That sort of thing.
