Dark Elf Werewolf build?

I am looking on making a new character soon and I am wondering if I can make a dark elf ww viable for pve or pvp.

Anything can be viable, just not the best option. Werewolf damage is stamina based, so you’d optimally want a stamina-centric race (Redguard / Bosmer), especially for PvP. Really if you want to be a dark elf and a werewolf, it’s perfectly viable, as would any race be with werewolf.

Try Fury + Pelinal's + 2 Kena or 2 Mighty Chudan for PvP. Can't go wrong with those. Lots of damage and healing. You'll need to heavy attack to sustain, though.

I would say any race is a viable choice for werewolf with the exception of High elf and Breton (If you want to min/max that is). Otherwise all other races has something in their racial passives that will benefit a werewolf to some extent.

For your build, do you run heavy? I’m guessing Fury weapons + jewels / Pelineal body. Also, when you’re not in WW form, how viable is it? That’s what I’m struggling with now, how to maintain WW form since using Devour is often too dangerous in PvP situation.

I really like how the build looks though, just wanted to wait to hear until I start getting the pieces.

Not really my build. That's a pretty popular one all around. Yes it's in heavy, and no it isn't the most viable outside of ww form, but it's also not terrible either.
