Morrowind quests npc bug

Both quests "Nothing to Sneeze at" and "A Hireling House of Telvanni" the npcs are not showing at some point. In "A Hireling House of Telvanni" quest that you can take it Sadrith Mora, when you get to the last part to talk with "Sun-in-Shadow" in the Audience Chamber, she is not there. While on "Nothing to Sneeze at" , that you can get in Suran, when you get "Parasol Lichen" (the item quest) and go to her, she is not there either.
This might happen after the new patch for Summerset. If im not mistaken.
I just wanted both fixed for achivments in Morrowind quest section!

I have the same Bug with Sadrith Mora and Sonne-im-Schatten with the german client, so I can confirm that Bug. It is the quest "Ein Mietling des Hauses Telvanni".

Not even two weeks ago, some days before Summerset Patch, I made a video for youtube with another char and the Quest worked fine. The NPC was at the propper location in the Audience Chamber. So it definitely HAVE TO depend to the Summerset Patch.
