Why is Sload's still not nerfed?

I play in a zerg against a bunch of zergs.
As I said, more people than just me have said they have not seen Sload's/Oblivion Damage on their death recaps.
It really isn't as big of a deal as people on these types of forum threads are saying.
No sets matter to zergs. Smallscalers, solo players, BGs.. that is where it actualy matters.Yt Channell: Blobsky
