In the same vein that snare abilities should either be short and powerful or long and weak, abilities should be low damage and CC, or high damage and no CC.
So what about Incap? It deals tons of damage, it stuns, MAJOR DEFILE, aaaaand +20% damage for target? Maybe it should do only stun +20%, without crazy dmg and defile? Or dmg and stun. It should be nerfed in your philosophy.

You're comparing an ultimate ability with an active ability.
Not to mention an overperforming sub class with an underperforming one...
You just have to understand that magwardens are not allowed to have nice things... if it’s used by magden to get kills, then it must be nerfed asap

Made a patch note for you!
General
- Fix an issue where you can select "Best Caller" from the Warden Skill Advisor, and we also change "Warden Initiate" to indicate that Stamina Morph is better for new players.
I'm sorry, 2h buffs and summerset stuff is really nice but I'm really disappointed with the rest.
no rebalancing of maelstrom/master/asylum weapons, no warden buffs, no buffing sets that no one uses...
Also still a lot of useless skills that weren't buffed or changed in any way...

Its kinda sad that zos just pretends the Warden is good...
