Not to 100%.
Where the polymorph is a fully mechanized humanoid, the motifs are just armors that have the look of a robot (well, the arms to look mechanic tho).

(Please explain.)I was going to, and up until last week I would have bought most new crown store items, but the recent spate of server issues, poor communication (initially) and now nearly 6 hours of a "few hours" maintenance (with no update on ETA after 4+ hours, given the terrible week) have put me off of the idea. I just cannot justify buying more crowns in light of such poor performance. So maybe I will give the next few cosmetic items a skip.
