My vampire dunmer just wanted his own piece of Coldharbour.
1 million isn't really much. So now he has his own "domain", and we will see who is stronger, Molag Bal or touched-by-Sheogorath vampire hero!
And I'm sure he dances better, than Bal!

I'm planning ashlander camp there, and five daedric shrines - something inspired by Ahemmusa of third era and Ald Daedroth (always did that quest peaceful way).

Sure that somebody more creative can do wonderful place there!

I guess it’s just not for me cause I’d want to port and walk around but i don’t plan on making any more alts....I prob need to wait for an inn or something there

Well I wanted to build my own xanmeer, or some kind of pyramid-like thing anyway. The furnishing limit is a problem obviously. Currently thinking of just building half and leaving the rest as scaffolding, if I can make that look interesting.

I wish it would come with Cadwell hanging out somewhere off to the side. Then I'd buy.

I would love Cadwell as an npc you could place there, saying strange things and strumming badly on his mandolin.

Im personally building my vampires personal lair, using a variention of Daedric platforms and the coldharbour rocks. I finished the base structure and cave yesterday and Im currently sitting at 398/700 furnishing space, which is alright for the size Im utilizing.

Generally speaking though, I can understand why many are frustrated with it being an empty slate. Though luckily for me, its just what I've been waiting for!

If you have an idea you think that you can make great with it, then Coldharbour Surreal Estate will be amazing. If not then I can fully understand why many wishes to stay clear of it.

It's a large open space without any buildings to have to work around, which makes it basically an empty building lot, the first of its kind. The possibilities are endless. Mazes, markets, festival grounds, crafting zones, a military camp, gardens, you name it. It's a great big empty canvas to play with!

Just bought it today .. fantastic to have somewhere to spread out my ever growing collection of attunable stations. The fact I could buy it with in-game gold made me very happy

They have not stated a time limit as far as I've seen, unlike the coldharbour furnishing pack. My guess is that this is like Earthtear Cavern - looks like it would be limited, but will actually be around for a while.

Joking aside, if you have finished the DC questline, the piece of land I think would make BY FAR the best property is... Sovngarde. I took a bunch of high quality screenshots with the intention of posting them as a request to ZoS, but then promptly forgot.

Personaly if i would buy this, i would need 2500 slots minimum. I am a housing freak.

I realy dont understand why they dont have 600 outside and 600 inside decor at least.

I think it’s a great place for those who like to create structures, and with all the different types of furnishings, as well as addons, available, the sky invisible walls slot number is the limit It’d also make a nice guild hall, because there is enough space to house all stations, mundus stones, etc., or even a duelling arena.
