I wish it would come with Cadwell hanging out somewhere off to the side. Then I'd buy.

This house is 5k crowns but there is absolutely no way to get up or down other than using the portal or just jumping to your death...for kicks.

I bought it to be a furniture dump. If ZoS increases the limit, I will build Sovreigngarde! Or maybe Vuhlkel Guard...
this is still available after the event right?

Sovngarde in Cold Harbour? Oh, the irony!

okay let me try this again from another angle... 1 million gold for a flat patch of land that can only hold 24 people
or
quiet corner of cold harbour - free - holds as many friends as your heart can manage...
edit note -
not really a great deal you can build here on a 600 slot limit either
They have not stated a time limit as far as I've seen, unlike the coldharbour furnishing pack. My guess is that this is like Earthtear Cavern - looks like it would be limited, but will actually be around for a while.

It's a large open space without any buildings to have to work around, which makes it basically an empty building lot, the first of its kind. The possibilities are endless. Mazes, markets, festival grounds, crafting zones, a military camp, gardens, you name it. It's a great big empty canvas to play with!

I must've been looking at the furnishing pack, not the estate. Sorry for the confusion.
