Coldharbour "home" Whats the purpose/value?

✭You guys don't explore much. There are multiple levels to surreal estate. Around the edges, look down there's a rim of land that's different heights. It's actually a really neat place. Not to mention all the trees, coldharbour rocks and blue lanterns you get are atleast worth 2k crowns.5 -

You cant get back up from those levels other than porting to the door.
I can see how that can offer ideas but I possibly don't comprehend something, if its that by porting to this home, the Coldharbor waypoint is activated, then I get it but otherwise..... shrug-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

I built ramps to allow easy access to the lower ledges, then connected all the ledges with walkways so I can go completely around the outside. In one larger area of the ledge I built my crystal cave, so now I just need to buy some more green glass.By Azura, by Azura, by Azura!2 -

krisor67_ESO✭✭✭If you build ramps going down, you can go far down an build a cave at the base of the floating island. It is actually a nice piece of land for those that like to build caves, or even a REALLY high floating island overlooking the land, cause the ceiling is also really high up. Trust me when I say, it is worth the gold or crown if you are a builderDPS player, not big on PVP but will do it. Love the homestead part of the game, spend a lot of time decorating places.0 -
Eowyn1972Soul ShrivenI love this space, but I also love Daedric decor and artifacts. I have a living area set up, laboratory, and am starting a temple to Molag Bal. I have some little worship sites set up along the paths. It's a perfect place for Daedric pets. I am using lots of skulls and soul gems for decor. The furnishing pack has some amazing pieces, which is what I started with, and am buying up Daedric achievement pieces. Dungeon trophies look amazing here as well.1
