Immovable potions bugged

It states in the patch notes that immov will be 10,4 secs increased with alchemy passives down from 15+. What i see ingame is 5.7 sec immovable which is half the durtation intended and useless as hell.No one else has noticed this?Please fix or i have 2k immov in bank that are trash.(Before u start commenting on how this is intended,look at alliance war droughts and see that the real duration of them is actually 10.4 not 5.7.) Zos fix this please

Its not intended, and ZOS are aware - saw the chat about it in Discord. Think the passive just works the wrong way - if so try taking the points out of it until they fix it lol
