Coffer Fortified Not in Faustina's Inventory

I was able to obtain all the new storage chests except for Coffer Fortified with writ vouchers. That coffer was not in Faustina Curio's inventory. I checked with Daggerfall and Almeri characters in Wayrest and Elden Root.

Maybe it's the one that you can only get through Crown store or level advisor ( lvl 18 ) ?0 -
