It's from the Crown Store, maybe from an old Crate, I can't remember.

And I looked it up. Xoleel Scale, from the Sovngarde Crown Crates.

For any of the fashion experts here - I am running a fun trial tomorrow where people have to dress as a football team. Does anyone know of a chest armour motif that has vertical stripes please?

I don't know of amy chest armor motifs off the top of my head but if you have the Jester costume that could work. Just hide the helm. The stripes aren't on the chest but in black and white it could maybe pass as a ref type thing.

Skaal Explorer on the first, from the New Life events, and Valorous Sovngarde from the Sovngarde crates on the other.

It's a pity that a lot of these styles are gone and come back so rarely, but I knew I had to jump on the Sovngarde ones when they dropped. They looked great.
It's designed in gold by default to match the Sovngarde event style we had, but looks good in silver too. There's just a few undyeable bolts.

It's not over till the fat lady sings. This is my "Fat Lady" unfortunately the interface does not allow me to make her really fat, or really old, and no large droopy chest appendices either. She rocks this costume even with it cutting into her hips as she really likes destroying the monsters while in her party dress

Role-playing this character is as my inn-keeper. Loves her food and drink and is as irascible (as drunk as a nord?) as she is dangerous.
