I love how adaptable the new motifs from this chapter are. They fit with so many racial aesthetics that they almost never feel out of place in an outfit. That pauldron especially.10 -

That looks like the Valorous Sovngarde Shield, I use mmo-fashion when I'm curious about styles, though the website is a bit clunky: https://eso-motifs.mmo-fashion.com/weapon/valorous-sovngarde-shield/
Then use UESP to see how to get. That one was through a crown crate
