    So people who spend money on costumes are QA testers, ZoS? This is not a good approach. 2000 crowns for this is not on.

    Please fix.

    1) Fix holes and any other glitchy mess.
    2) Remove shine for common dyes.
    3) In future have costumes tested on PTS, and listen to and apply feedback given. People are paying good money for these things, this is not a joke.

    Well, it will be - "exclusive" means nothing in the MMO world - there is nothing what would not end up in something like that in the end - well, maybe the monkey for beta-testers will be the exception, but otherwise?

    It's most likely due to your slender character appearance.

    That's not to say this kind of thing is OK, but it would mean that it could be working perfectly fine for other people.

    I know, I did not play ESO for nearly 1.5 years because this made me so upset - but the odds with those crates are so bad and the information available which shows how bad it really is, is abundant on all kind of media, it might be just enough for an informed person to stay away from these crates - the others cannot really be helped - they play as well lottery in RL and might be too unwilling to think it through.

    I noticed in one picture that the gold trim was applied rather sloppy, too.

    The front part of the "skirt" looks weird though - this is not what I would want for my female characters.

    @Astrid_V I had already decided they could keep their shiny low cut potato sack for 2k crowns. However, if you wish a refund simply make an in-game report and request one and state the reasons why. Watch your email for the auto-response that won't solve the problem and reply to it.Send these screenshots. I was able to get a refund on the recent Nord Robe when I pointed out I was unhappy with it because of how poorly it dyes. Be polite and just state the facts and good luck!

    The long hair Shrike will have to be a polymorph (~3000 Crown, limited), since that would not work with the short haired ladies. :smile:

    The folds in the cloth don't match up well with how it animates. I noticed that in one of the videos.

    the same argument could probably be made for winning the lottery and blowing it all on expensive cars and casinos and whatever else. it's their money/crowns, they can spend it however they want, i just personally don't agree with it. and yes, if someone spends 2000 crowns/$20.00 on something like this - which, even without the issues displayed in op's post, looks pretty crappy imo - when they could be getting a lot more content in-game or irl for their money, i would consider them a bit off their rocker. but once again, that's just me :p

    Well, I think it depends how you would like to use this outfit... :)

    I tried it on my main Bosmer - and it is just plain awful on her - but honestly she isn't the type for this kind of clothing anyway. I didn't bother trying it on my other female characters as I think, it would be the same.

    Then, just for the fun of it, I tried it on one of my crafters - the muscular type - and I have to say: if we had a kind of boxing ring with fist fights... well, this would be the PERFECT outfit for a "boxer robe":

    If I was the person who made this stuff, I would be ASHAMED. I've made models and textures for games for many years and would never have put out something so obviously untested and quality checked. What's more, my stuff was FREE - but I still made sure it was the best I could make it before making it available. Here, they're charging money for it - too much money - and it's not even good enough to pass my muster as a freebie.

    Shame on you, poly-pusher, texturer dev(s). Shame on you, marketing department. SHAME ON YOU.
