I am receiving the error: "Error 206 - PatchManifestError_UnzipFailed" when I open the ESO launcher. I am unable to repair the client. When I click "repair," I get the same error.
Neither of these solutions work/apply. There are no "patchdata" at all.

Clicking the "log in" button after I type my ID and password, does not do anything. It seems like the "log in" button does not respond. "Account recovery" button does respond (but that isn't what I need).
Is this an authenticator issue?

Same issue here, cannot even repair the launcher. None of the above solutions work, the game files are on on the whitelist for the anti-virus as well....
Five of my guildmates including me are having this issue. I was able to log in, so were others via the exe. But getting reports that if you log out, it is locking you out. So be mindful of this.
Hopefully ZOS will fix it quick, shouldn't be too big of an issue to revert the patcher.
Insofar as a short test can determine, there is no availability of the patch manifest file at the link given on the support page. I would therefore suspect that it's not there or the web service is blocking for some reason.
Glad it's not just me I was starting to get really pissed off. Yes I launched from eso64.exe
What is going on?

I've tried using the eso64.exe but I can't login because I have a Steam version of the game and it says that I must log in using Steam. Logging in using Steam uses the launcher.
