ZOS is an ex-Bethesda company, and now that Bethesda has partnered with AMD i don't see a reason why this should not happen.
How exactly is ZOS, a subsidiary of Zenimax which owns everything Bethesda, an "ex- Bethesda company"?
The may not be exactly an 'ex' of Bethesda, but knowing to have the same CEOs, both companies could easily learn from each other. In fact, the thing you are addressing is probably one of the most minor issues out there. The optimisation in this game in terms of CPUs is worse than early access titles such as PUBG (which is a title known along the world, but has the worst optimisation out of any game). Now don't get me wrong, but what will you gain if you prove me its not an ex-bethesda company?

2. Add a menu option to change the default roll direction from backwards to forwards. I've had a lot of deaths lately because my character rolled backwards while I was holding the forward key.
3. Change the way exp is shared when killing monsters so 4 or more people can get the same xp from 1 monster that someone soloing it would. The community becomes incredibly hostile towards each other during double exp events because of players leeching each other. Other games handle this by having everyone get full credit for a kill even if multiple players participated in the kill. Mechanics shouldn't exist in a game that cause the community to eat itself.
4. Help out new players more with suggestions on what their stats should look like for dps/healing/tanking. I've had too many groups lately with heavy armor 35k health players claiming they are dps. The person with 35k health is going to have a lot of bad experiences from getting kicked out of groups to general trash talk. There is a large range of what your stats could be and still achieve success in a dungeon, but you should never have 35k health while dpsing.
5. Make medium armor more usable in pvp. Possibly make the snare immunity duration on shuffle longer considering you have to wear 5 medium now to use it.
Anyone want to add anything else?
Just going to copy\paste this from the other wish list.
15. The ability to have my character made into a physical model - The ability to have one, or even all, of my characters as a model I can put on my desk or shelf? Seriously, I would pay money for this. And so would others
10. Do more contests - Not just "Enter this sweepstakes for a chance to win Crowns," but contests that have an impact on development. For instance, costume design contests, or small and quick quest lines contests, or story contests that will add to the lore of this game, and the IP as a whole

- What everybody already asked for, but I lend my voice to the choir too
- Spellcrafting, Skill lines for schools of magic
- Jewelry crafting
- Weapon dyeing
- Necromancer class
- New weapons: poleweapons, crossbows, slings, one-handed scepters, boomerangs/shakrams
- The Bal Molagmer
Please add them to Morrowind. A short questline, and then some daily quests like "steal this precious item from a mansion". And a new crafting style.- The spying factions
This would add a questline for the "intelligence" services of the three alliances: the Circle of Daggers for DC, the Eyes of the Queen for AD and the Hidden Armigers for EP, involving missions for said alliance in the other alliance zones.
Joining these factions would also unlock a "Strategic deceit" skill line, aimed at subtle, small-scale PvP.
This would also unlock Alliance war-based battlegrounds, in which one competes as member of the intelligence service of their Alliance. These battleground would reward a temporary boost in AP gains, and a the winning team would recieve a temporary advantage for sieges of places held by the Alliance of the losing team in Cyrodiil.
The intelligence service could also offer daily PvP quests rewarding motif pages of the corresponding spying organization.- Werewolves, Vampires and Crusaders
I realize it's more a DLC concept than a wish, but here I go anyways.
- Basic concept:
The idea is that there would be three “new” factions: Hircine’s veneers, Lamae’s bloodline and Stendarr’s Crusaders. Each one would come with a questline, not the short and underwhelming quests we currently have for vamps and wws. Vampires and Werewolves skill trees would also be enhanced, and a Crusader skill line would be added.
While the player could reach the maximal rank in each faction and skill (one at a time, though), only one of the three skill lines would be available at any given time. Going from one to the other would require to do some kind small quest to leave the current faction and regain the invested skill points, and another small quest to rejoin the other one. Progression would be saved in case the player would wish to get back to the first faction, but only the skill line of the current faction would be available.
Each faction would also come with its own crafting style.- Story elements: Body-Shriven
The Soul-Shriven and the Mind-Shriven are only two of the three pieces of the Shriven trilogy. Molag Bal did also capture experimental subjects during the Planemeld, whose spiritual essence was extracted from their bodies. Molag Bal didn't need their soul nor mind, which was allowed to roam free albeit without incarnation. He needed their bodies though. Through Dreugh flesh-magic those were turned into incubators, for the production of a new generation of Half-Daedric, Hald-Anuic monsters called Abominations, who would freely walk between Oblivion and Nirn.
This is not Molag Bal's first attempt: during the Pomegranate Banquet, Vivec was turned into a body-shriven and spawned a horde of monsters, which (s)he later killed. Lamae, before she became a vampire, was, briefly, a body-shriven, and she gave birth to the Shrieking Winds.
Hircine tricked Bal into taking a werewolf among the Body-Shriven, and as she was infused with Daedric blood, she gave birth to the Weredaedroth, the most fierce among Hircine's minions.
The story would revolve around Crusaders trying to stop Bal's new scheme and reunite the Body-Shriven with their bodies, Lamae enacting vengeance by ruining Bal's projects or converting Abominations into vampires, and Hircine rescuing the Weredaedroth's mother, or something like that.- Asymmetric PvP: Hircine's Hunting grounds
It is some kind of asymmetric (typically 1vs4) battleground in a maze-like zone (I imagine it a bit like the shifting maze in Harry Potter 4). One player is the prey, the other four are the hunters. The prey must escape, while the hunters must kill. In order to escape, the prey must find Hircine’s altar where the key of the maze lies. When the prey takes the key, three things can happen.
First: nothing, the prey still has to escape, now having the key.
Second: the prey receives Hircine’s blessing. Its abilities are dramatically enhanced and The Pack is summoned: the maze fills with werecreatures that are friendly to the (former) prey and hostile to the hunters. The prey now has to kill the hunters.
Thrid: the prey unleashes Hircine’s curse, the Weredaedroth is summoned. The prey and the hunters must cooperate to take it down.- PvP delves and PvP dungeons
1vs1vs1 PvP delves, 4vs4vs4 PvP group dungeons: These would be similar in size to delves and group dungeons, but with multiple, branching paths. Some paths would be easily accessible to one specific faction. After a given quest, in their respective questlines, Stendarr’s crusaders would receive Stendarr’s blessing, which would allow them to walk in holy grounds and walk in Stendarr’s Light, a magical aura projected by some shrines of the Merciful God, which harms the uninitiated. Lamae’s scions would be infused with Volkihar blood, which would allow them to passwall through blocks of ice and reach hidden paths. Hircine’s werecreatures would receive the “smallest hunter” perk, which would allow them to turn temporarily into skeevers and go through the bars of a portcullis. Other factions would be able to go through these paths, but it’d take time, requiring other objectives to desecrate the shrines, melt the ice or open the portcullis, so they might prefer to stay on their own path. There are also paths that could be locked by the first group to reach them, leading to bonus objectives.- Story elements and lore
Some story elements I'd love to see explored in 2018:
- We need more (shirtless) Darien Gautier.
- I would love to get a sequel to the group dungeon stories which don't have one yet, in particular, Selene's web, Volenfell and the Vaults of Madness.
- I'd like to know more about the Fate Bearers and what they saw around Naryu.
- We need to know why Ayrenn needed Magnus' staff.
- We need to know more about the Coldharbour Compact.
- A continuation of the Falinesti storyline would be much appreciated.
- What will be the consequences of Molag Bal gaining a Tower (even though an unfinished one) with the Doomcrag? Can we have a follow-up to Count Verandis' story?
- May we have a chance to explore what's hidden beneath Skywatch? And the Ayleid and/or Falmer ruin under Greenwall?
- Please add Bonelords to Morrowind, and Clockwork Dreughs and Hulking Fabricants to Clockwork city.
- Please add Sheogorad to Morrowind.
- Crafting and housing
- Please add the Imperial, Colovian and Nibonese blueprint to the game. They do not belong in the Crown store only.
- New crafting motifs:
(Race-based) Maormer, Chimer, Skaafin, Lich, Spiderkith, Auroran
(Faction-based) Worm Cult, Thalmor, Psijic Order, Dres, Indoril, Dagoth, Ancient House Sotha, Velothi, Lamae, Aundae, Berne, Qarra, Bal Molagmer, Order of the Lamp/Mages Guild, Knights of the Circle (Order of Arkay), Order of the Lily (House of Dibella), Mentor Knights (School of Julianos), Kynaran Order (Temple of Kynareth), Maran Knights (Benevolence of Mara), Crusaders (Temple of Stendarr), Knights of Iron (Resolution of Zenithar), Eyes of the Queen, Circle of Daggers, Hidden Armigers, Imperial Legion, Order of the Blades.
(Material-based) Mithril, Bonemold, Chitin, Netch leather, Kwama chitin, Ectoplasm, Adamantium, Coral, Silver, Meteoric glass/iron, Aetherium- Weapon plates and display dummies for armors and costumes in houses.
- Add gardening to player houses.
- Let us add a wayshrine to our houses.
- Pets and mounts, Other
- A rabit
- A squirrel
- A Draugulf (mount and/or pet)
- A monkey (not the Imgakin ones)
- A Durzog mount.
Wow I'm really starting to hog this thread, lol.
But I would also like to add a revamp of open-world Treasure Chests.
They are too numerous, WAY too easy to open and not at all thrilling to find. It's almost always just a bunch of worthless junk that you deconstruct or vendor.
They ought to be more rare, harder to open, but contain much better loot to make finding a treasure chest a truly thrilling experience rather than the ***-hum grind it is now.
