Dailies not resetting on time

All dailies usually reset 2 PM GMT+8 for me, but in some cases this doesn't happen. Currently, Razgurug in Slag Town is not giving me any quests, even though his dialogue seems to suggest that he has something for me. I'm on PC NA, and this has been happening consistently on multiple characters.

This has effected the board quests in Cyrodiil too, since the CWC update.

I've noticed that the fencing daily reset is now a countdown timer when you reach your limit, instead of the old fixed-time reset. Could be maybe the same with these dailies too?

I am having the same problem with Razgurug, though I got the other three dailies no problem.

Could this have anything to do with Daylight Savings Time ending in EU this past Sunday? It isn't scheduled to change in the states until November 5.

Same here. No quest from Razgurug, but the others are able to be picked up.

I have had three different characters this week all on different days encounter the problem with Razgurug not giving his daily quest. The other three CWC daily quest givers have always been available when Razgurug has not. He’s definitely bugged.

Also have problems with Razgurug. Somewhat irritating, as there is an achievement for doing 30 of his resupply quests, so consistent resets help with getting that done efficiently.

Yes, me too, no quest from Razgurug although the others were there. EU PC.

I am on PC NA - had only one day when razgurug didn't give me the quest. Since than I have four each day last week or so...

I have the same bug today. Could get all dailies except Razgurug.

The quest A Bitter Pill does not appear to be correctly flagged as repeatable. The character can only complete it once and then it will skip it each time in the daily rotation. You can also not get this quest shared to you.

Are you playing on the EU sever, or on the NA megaserver? On which platform do you play the game? Always include this information when posting a "bug report".

• During the late Autumn, Winter, and early Spring, the NA megaserver changes all dailies to those for the current day at 1:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (US).
• During the late Spring, Summer, and early Autumn, the NA megaserver changes all dailies to those for the current day at 2:00 AM Eastern Daylight Saving Time (US).

Perhaps the recent change from Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time has caused a latent "bug" to become evident.

Again this is the 3rd time it happens to me. Logged on today for the first time of day. Went into brass fortress and out of 4 dailies only 3 were present to obtain. Ruz guy the orc has issues!

Razgurug did not have a quest for me today @ PC/EU

Also, a couple of days back I picked up the four CWC dailes but did not complete them & hand them in until the next day. My expectation was that I'd be able to pick up the second day's dailies after handing in the ones I'd picked up the day before (as I sometimes do with writs) but this did not work for me for 3/4 quests. Strangely enough, Razgurug was the only one who did deem me worthy for a new quest at that time. He just can't seem to make up his mind..

Is there any word yet on whether or not this is a bug or an intended change? It was nice to be able to hand in the dailies from the previous day and still grab the ones from the current day.

Edit: so I was actually able to do this today but only on one character? Now I am confused.

Also for what it's worth the Cyrodiil scouting board and resource capture board do not seem to have quests for one of my characters today. Haven't checked others yet. Xbox NA

I think it has something to do with the alchemy satchel quest, because my friend wasn't able to share it with me on the second day after cwc even thoe we were able to share it on day one. And that toon didn't get its own quest from Razgurug that day.

On most of my characters, I was unable to pick up a quest from him. I was also not able to share the quest that I did get from him (on 1 or 2 characters) with my husband, who did not have a quest from him. So, all in all, something weird is going on with Razgurug.

This has happened to me twice now. About 5 days ago the quest marker didn't show up with the rest of the dailies and today its doing it again. I did the runestones as the last one. So for both of the ones that didn't show up, it was for the Alchemy satchels. Its been skipping this one.

Is that the 'Bitter Pill' one? I do think that this is the quest that Razgurug won't share or give, from my own testing.

Yes it is that one. Since one of the patches, I haven't received it.

I've been having issues with all the dailies having varying times outside or even much later than they were before. Not sure why though but since clockwork city it keeps happening. Also xbox one NA server fyi.

The PVP repeatables in Cyrodiil are experiencing a similar problem. For instance, prior to CWC, you could collect, complete and turn in a keep capture quest and then immediately pick up another keep capture quest (provided keeps were available for capture). Not anymore. Once I turn in quest, I am usually locked out from picking up another one until after the 1AM EST reset. This is on the PC NA server.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Pls take a look at this. Happens pretty often still, happens to cyodiil boards and clockwork city dailies too sometimes.

Most of the geographic NA changed time recently when daylight savings ended. In game time doesn't change ever.

So it's probably working fine, OP is just an hour off due to a time change in his area.
