This is a brand new character on a brand new server. Doesn't get newer than this other than the person behind the controller.
I have to wonder, are we even talking about the same game here? If so, I think you might be an exception to the rule when it comes to players' abilities. I'm guessing you're on the young side and have great reflexes. I'm on the older side and have been playing games since the early 80s. Yeah, sure, I know your answer is the old tried and true LTP or git gud, but just try to understand how frustrating it is to be aging and finding your reflexes not what they used to be, and some of us have physical disabilities. I can get killed by a WB any day of the week. Some day, you will be old too.
You're not incorrect. I am 29, and I am no "noob". I am not going to insult you, but may I ask? How much should an MMO cater to someone with physical limitations, and how much would it cater to someone like me? When even a WB can be solo'd from a fresh account should that not raise a red flag? You're older, and I'm assuming wiser so what are your thoughts?

Ok, well ignoring the obvious ability of the OP to avoid easily telegraphed attacks enough to wittle down a world boss on a new character, which I don't doubt he did, I just want to say that as an end game player, I appreciate that most overland content is one-shot easy. When I want to challenge myself, I run 4 man dungeons solo. Doing this I often end up learning boss mechanics I wasn't even aware of when playing in a full group. It's lots of fun, and I honestly encourage the OP to do it if he wants a challenge.
Did it occur to you that people who are commenting here can play just fine, but they know that noobs do NOT have the same skills that the OP has? I'm at the level now where I can kill everything pretty quickly, yes, even solo world bosses, I've done a lot of veteran dungeons, and PvP (no, not just in a zerg), but I also want ZOS to be considerate of ALL players, not just people who have been playing for over a year and have mastered the game.the base game is certainly easier than it was at launch. Even with a new character and no champion points allocated.

I usually play on NA, but recently started a character on EU because I've filled all my character slots. Guess what ... my skill level with a zero-CP char with no gear is vastly superior to everyone just starting the game, just because I've been playing for a year already and I now know what I'm doing. My same skill level when I was a noob in the first month I got the game was ridiculously bad. There IS a difference, and it would be a huge mistake for ZOS to make an across-the-board raise in the difficulty level in all areas. Newbies would get frustrated because they couldn't kill anything, and leave. Obviously the solution is for ZOS to continue to release harder content aimed specifically at veteran players, which is what they've been doing, and will continue to do.
I created a new character on the EU server. So after exiting the tutorial I went straight to a world boss and killed it without wearing any armor, and without having any CP and being level 4. This is ridiculous.

Still no vid yet?
Unless of course you're lying outta your [snip], which is just pathetic quite frankly. Gotta love people who showcase just how insecure they are that they turn to lying about virtual achievements in videogames to overcompensate obvious deficiencies from not having done anything that actually matters.
