whats your opinion on people who achievement hunt? Lets say someone joins the game in two to three months. In about 6-8 months they get all the achievements possible expect the special time of the year ones. Should they be able to get the special year time ones?
Or should that just be like a 'if youre there then you get the chieves and if youre not you dont.'

just like any other mmos, they can wait till next year. the achievements don't go away forever and can be done the following year just like the other holiday achievements
Agree that we need new things to earn, especially if we got all the achievements last time round. I am still selling Hollowjack Motifs from last year and don't need more of the same.Achievements should repeat every year, but there should be new things to earn. Dyes, hats, masks, that kind of thing, so there's a reason to do the festivals again.
Some decorations would be awesome, but possibly not technically feasible without a ton of work.

Now I'm wishing I would have kept those masks I had left and not sold them last month with all the recipes and motifs... At least I did very well with the recipes and motifs. I could have been mint selling last years masks during this years event though.

Having more to do just becomes tedious and daunting to new players.
I, for one, will be going back to certain repeatable quests and event stuff just for fun. I particularly like the new life festival cannonball dives into the water and the shivering mechanic.

More to do? 2 reskinned masks isn't really more to do... new players will go through what everyone had to and it is enough time to get achievements on one characters
Also, the feedback period for the festival was the HotR PTS cycle. The festival will start before Clockwork goes live. If you wanted to complain about the lack of new achievements, you're a few months too late and should've paid more attention when this year's festival was enabled for testing on the PTS a while back.
