You get that these guys are running a business with the intention of making a profit, right? I would far rather they bolster revenue and earnings from OPTIONAL Crown Crate items which are ENTIRELY COSMETIC instead of increasing my ESO Plus subscription.

I'm not surprised but I won't be buying them to aim for those mounts. I'll use what I got and take whatever I get. At this point I'm not gonna gamble anymore (sour taste since the storm crates). I have some gems saved up and a few furnishings I can turn in if I get close to the 400 if needed.

It obviously works out for the company if they continue to do it this way. In my opinion, it allows more people to try the game for cheap/free and provides funds for future content.

The reality is this....the forums represent a very small portion of players and for those comments apply from players who actually are buying crates for rewards....neither matter.
What matters is people buying crowns. How they use crowns is of little importance but if and when they keep buying crowns, other ways to use them come about because people keep complaining that’s theirs nothing of value to spend them on.
There’s no crown crate whale
There is a crown sale whale and it’s thousands upon thousands of players.
There are eso Plus pushers and there are millions of them
The above is the reality
The only time I ever opened a crown crate was during that event when they gave them away for free just for logging in.
And it is going to stay that way. I never gamble in games with real money.

Because they don't change something doesn't mean they ignored feedback.
Heck, as far as the crown store and crates do, revenue is the loudest feedback. They certainly listened to our feedback.
And the poll is clearly made to be biased. Lol.
