The discounts are live on UK PS Store, but the biggest discount is 29%, not 40%!

Is this an error? Should we hold out buying them until the discount is fixed?

We've gotten confirmation that the EU PlayStation Store now has Crown Packs and ESO on sale. (Please note that Morrowind is not on sale, and that is intentional.) We're waiting to hear back on the Asian, Australian, and New Zealand PS4 Stores.

If the discount is only 29% off, then I will actually be giving you less money, as at 40% off I planned to buy 11000 crowns, but don't think I can stretch to that much with the reduction in the discount. I'm sure I can't be the only person in the same situation.

Yes, the sale has finally arrived, although not at 40%. 5500 Crowns are down from £23.99 to £16.99 so only a 29.18% discount by my reckoning. (Smaller packs, as always, have an even lower reduction.)

It is good to read that the sale has been extended by two days, to make up for those that we missed. Hopefully some people can even benefit from the muddle

I'm in the same boat - I'll actually end up giving them more money if it does go to 40% off, otherwise I'll either only buy 1 pack or none.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Thanks for keeping us updated, please do give us confirmation about whether or not UK PS4 players are missing out on the advertised 40% discount. Crowns on UK store are only 29% off right now, which is unusual, and means that I will only be able to afford 1 pack at £16.99 rather than what I'd usually do is to stretch to two of the 40% off packs and spend almost £30. @montyake is at least another player who has sad they'd be in the same boat

Will the UK be getting 40% off (looks like only ps4 effected)
Will you extend the sale to accpmodate the delay. (Now confirmed extended)

You will 100% get some angry people complaining having panick bought the 29% off pack if you dont confirm something soon

Definitely agree we need confirmation on the 29/40 % issue.
But we have already seen that we get 2 extra days on the deals- the end date on the store lists them as being up until 30th August, as opposed to the 28th for other regions/systems.

That does suck, when the advertising at the top of https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/buycrowns/ says "SAVE UP TO 40% ON CROWNS".

Any possibility of the price changing to meet this promotion?

PC and Xbox One users are getting 40% off for 5500 crowns.
PS4 crown sales usually give us 40% off for 5500 crowns.
Instead we're being offered only 29% off, which is disappointing to say the least, especially as this doesn't line up to the offer elsewhere.
Why do PS4 users not get the same advertised discount?

To add insult to injury: there is a sale banner on the 5500 crown package: 40% off. That is simply false advertising ....

Anyone else a little upset as to why PS4 arent getting a fair deal? So Xbox and PC get the full 40% whilst we only get 29%..
