I commend you guys for admitting cc break was broken after 2 years of people saying it and finally put a fix in for it(javelin still needs to be looked at and takes multiple times to cc break from it).
The next issues is LoS.... I can't tell you how many times a day it does not work against endless abilities like soul assault, snipe, frags, cliff racer and many more. I will literally be behind a stone wall and still getting hit. How in the world does a arrow penetrate a stone wall? I know it's just a game and all joking aside. You created this mechanic to defend against certain abilities and yet it has a crazy delay on it which allows you to still be hit.
Don't get me started about when I die, rez back in a keep, and I still have curse on me. No way to flush all effects off of you when you die in the code?
Are you guys looking into issues like this?

Sounds like bad code that can't determine the trajectory / target is no longer in sight and cancels the ability.

Most abilities with a cast time require los for the start of the cast and the finish, not the in between moments. If the ability was successful cast, it doesn't matter how far behind a stone wall, or even through a door you got.
The simplest way of putting it is if they got the cast off on you (ie had los for start of cast and finish) you are not going to be able to los it. With birds... yes it's annoying because you can't even dodge them.
If you think they got the cast off (depending on the cast time, obviously) and realize you have to duck for cover, you are best off ducking for cover and holding block. That way they can't get off another cast.
