@Coilbox that's irrelevant to my statement, pve players will never complain about procs because bosses in vmol can't use it against you. Once you feel how it is to be beaten up by a worse player and lose not because of his skill but because of the gear he is using you will understand why balance is important.
Meanwhile we are still forced to do crapDSA or rageMA or whatever else to get gear and there is no going around that time sink.

Well, might be not relevant, but you just generalised about the fact. Maybe not every PVP player complains about having to do PVE to gear up, but also not every PVE player complains about having to do PVP. Both sides sometimes enjoy the other's...
Anyway, the PVP feature of the game is that, a feature. The PVE side is the main thing, its way bigger. This game was meant as a PVE game originally, allowing a PVP side of course, cause it engages a lot of people. But the bacon is in the PVE experience...
