Kicking a 2h user in vet dungeon

Good thing I use 5 heavy 2 light armour with my greatsword for dungeons on my Stam Sorc!. Unstoppable with awespme deeps!

Pugs are infested with heavy armor using, 2H hammer wielding cleave spammers signing as dps.
On top of it they are completely resistant to any advice.
I really hate to vote kick people who seem to be at least halfway decent human beings, but it's starting to strain my nervs

Point of all this is to encourage people to drop the 2h in pve.

Ever thought of trying out 2h? You wouldn't have to do all the testing and maths, that might be too hard for you apparently. Good news; there are guides to viable builds on the internet, and guess what, they are up to date!

I don't know how severe your L2P issues are, hope some day someone can cure them. It looks like you watching and trying to comprehend Alcast's guide is like giving a recovering alcoholic a nice cold refreshing pint of lager - it worsens the situation.

Mate, I can still pull 35k dps solo with a 2h build on my stam DK. Sure I can do 40k with DW, but 35k will still be more than enough for being super effective in dungeons.

Gratz for kicking a potential better player than you are. Not to mention You only made a fool out of yourself with this post.

#1 Reverse slice: Aiming RS on low hp targets will deal massive damage to anyone close to them. (great for taking out multiple bosses at once e.g Flesh atronach trio in spindle II)

#2 Brawler: Not spammable but it's what you apply every 8s. Moderate dmg.

#3 and #4: Caltrops and Endless Hail, who doesn't use a bow on backbar?

2H has plenty of multi target, it doesn't take a 9m aoe to clear a vet dungeon ya know.

I wish people wouldnt respond with arguments that makes the OP look correct. 2h is viable now, all these "but im having fun :^)" arguments are just making the OP look correct in his criticism of it. If you are a sorc or DK try 2h.

I guess I'm just confused by this post because veteran dungeons are so easy if you're a good player. The majority of them can be done with 2 people easily - some of them can be done solo by the right person.

You kicked someone for having a 2h who may have just been a decent pvper trying to get keys from a daily for a shoulder they wanted. He could have been an experienced player, bored, who wanted to do something different. He could have even been, like me, unlucky in maelstrom drops so a free gold 2h works for now while waiting for my 1h maelstrom weapons to appear in a better trait.

I get it. Pugs can be frustrating. But not giving people a chance or helping the community with a simple vet dungeon run? I would rather carry 1000 pugs before playing with someone who has that attitude.

Except for the fact than in PUG scenarios people can't take advantage of the very tiny bit more DPS from DW anyway, and 2H is easier to use so PUGs might even get more out of it than DW.

The difference is only noticeable in the highest level of skills, but even then it's so small. So the difference in low level of skills is even smaller, to the point that it's not noticeable at all.

2hander has brawler for aoe... it's really good and there is also a aoe execution morph both really good aoe.

I... cannot even come close to replicating that lol. Exact same skills, somewhat similar gear (VO and NMG instead of TFS, Kena shoulder instead of vMA weapon) and I'm lucky to pull 13k on target dummy hahaha
